Save Sordid Lives!!!

I love 'Sordid Lives!'. I loved the movie created by the amazing Del Shores, and I love the tv show. I also love me a little Jason Dottley! Despite it's international success, Logo appears to have not renewed the show for another season! Write Logo and lets keep this show on the air!

Kudo's to Thom Bierdz and The Young & The Restless

I have not watched 'The Young & The Restless', or any soap in over a decade, but I will be checking it out this week. Many of you might know actor and artist Thom Bierdz is returning to his role on the show and the storyline seems groundbreaking for daytime. Yes, gay characters on soaps are not new, but this storyline has a hook which is interesting and original. Many stars 'come back from the dead' but this is the first time I remember a character coming back 20 years after his 'death' to finally face his family about being gay. Besides Thom's return, it is an added bonus getting to see the amazing Tricia Cast back in the role as Nina.

Dancer of the Day: Luke Manley

"LUKE MANLEY was born in Dowagiac, Michigan and studied dance at the School of Ballet Chicago under Daniel Duell and Patricia Blair and at the Hubbard Street Dance Center, both on scholarship. He has danced professionally with River North Dance Chicago, American Repertory Ballet, the Lryic Opera of Chicago and the Saint Louis Ballet’s Salute to Vienna tour. This is his first season with Armitage Gone! Dance."

You know I think dancers make some of the best models. Their skill with movement and rhythm combined with the right photographer create amazing images. This is certainly the case with Luke Manley, a dancer making the move to modeling. Certainly Luke is well on his way. Luke has an amazing face, great head of hair and a killer body built by the discipline that only a dancer possesses. Check out a bit more of Luke at his Flickr photostream HERE:
