Favorite Pic of the Day for December 24th

Happy Holidays from FlyFoto

Heading out for Christmas back to posting on Tuesday!

I wrote the following in 2008. Each year when I try to think of something new to say to those who stop by here each day, I alway think this continues to say what I feel about the season.

'I love Christmas! I also know that Christmas has little to do with the way retailers try to shove it down our throats. Christmas to me is like life, a series of moments. Christmas can also be a very difficult time for some, those who are ill, those oversea's in the name of peace, those who have lost loved ones, those struggling with finances, those who are alone.

I hope for you all, as I deal with my dysfunctional, yet strangly loving family, a Christmas moment. Whether it is a day full of moments, or just one small moment, whether your surrounded by family and friends, or alone with the computer. Find a moment, snow falling, a walk outside, a laugh, your favorite Christmas movie, calling a friend, what ever it is, please do find your Christmas moment.'

One Last Gift...

Now that you have shopped for everyone else, how about a little something for you! Have yourself a little Benjamin Godfre Christmas.

Mele Kalikimaka by Ron Reyes

I really fell in love with Ron Reyes holiday shots when researching his work for my profile last month. Ron says the reason he does his yearly holiday shots is simply to spread holiday cheer! Although most of you have finished your Christmas shopping if you haven't check out the many prints available on Ron's website.

Just Because: TV's Finest Moments:

December has been a pretty crazy month and I my DVR was forced into overdrive to record everything I was missing. Began trying to watch some of it the last couple of nights and have enjoyed catching up with some of my favorites.

Chord Overstreet:

I never doubted Chord would return to Glee, not sure he ever actually left. Looking forward to the Grease Tribute on the January 17th airing.

Survivor:
Ozzy

Ozzy is arrogant as hell but there is a raw sexuality exuding from him that is difficult to ignore. Wish he had won, his physical domination of the game made him one to root for.

Albert

Cannot forget Albert!

Steve Jones:

Fans and critics are bashing poor Steve Jones but he was one of my favorite parts of The X Factor. The show is a manipulative smorgasbord of tacky, tasteless and over production. Steve is not only hot, he seemed to really feel for the singers. I loved him shutting down the judges endless rants to keep the show moving. I really hope he returns.

A FlyFoto Christmas

Those Christmas lights light up the street
Down where the sea and city meet
May all your troubles soon be gone
Oh, Christmas lights, keep shinin' on
