Smokin'
Usually I'm not a fan of nepotism, in any profession, acting included. Yes, we've gotten some great results, (Laura Dern, Carrie Fisher, Michael Douglas) but we've also had to endure more than a few clunkers... I am on the fence about Patrick Schwarzenegger. He is hot for sure, and thought he put in a pretty decent performance in his latest film,
Daniel Isn't Real.
There is also something about the model and actor that rubs me the wrong way. He can't help looking like the poster boy for nepotism and boarding school white privilege, yet, the few times I've seen him doing interviews, it also seems to quietly seep through. Time will tell.
His acting career is off to a decent start but I struggle thinking off all the talented theatre students, working multiple jobs, struggling to pay their rent and tuition, who will never even get into the same door that children of celebrities have opened by doormen so they can easily breeze through.
