No snow shots for seasonal sightings today, it's 'fake's spring where I live this week. Most who live in areas with cold and snowy winters are familiar with fake spring. It's that week or two in February, when it warms up and rains. People pull out their bikes, put on their shorts, and even start planning their gardens. Even with climate change, it is 'fake' though, as the snow and sub-zero temperatures will indeed return soon and warm and cold days will mix it up until at least early April.

I live in Montreal, Canada and this year we had a «fake winter» since last November.
We did have some snpw but so little and more rain so the ground is «dry» with no snow on it.
It'll be an issue for nature, our hydro electricity dams and surely there will be again many forest fires.
Winter temperatures were unusually a yo yo one and freezing ones were really rare.
We did break some high records yesterday with a high 16°C south of Montreal.
Yeaterday evenning, in a place north of Montreal, the temperature dropped in ONE hour frome
+13°C to -13°C.... lost 26°C in only one hour. Anotrhe record.
