Jude & Jobe

This post began as a 'Sibling Saturday' post featuring English footballers Jude and Jobe Bellingham.  Jude, the older sibling, plays for plays as a midfielder for La Liga club Real Madrid and the England national team.  Younger brother Jobe, plays as a midfielder or forward for Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and the England U21 national team.

When I began piecing it together however, I found a similarity in the images I'd gathered.   Most were of Jude.  It wasn't because of a preference on my part, it was because there was a theme to the images I saved, a theme Jude seemed more prone to than his younger brother. Tough Guy

Most of the stories I post, and most of the men I post about are inspired by connection.  The connection can be deep, like when an actor is a part of a movie that touched or inspired me.  Sometimes the connection is more shallow, as when I'm aroused or intrigued by an image.  It was an image, or a series of images, that inspired this post.

I don't think I've every seen actor Guy Madison in a movie or television show.  What I did see however, were images of Guy posted online.  Every February especially, around the time of his birthday, I see images of Guy on social media noting his birthday and celebrating his career.  I wasn't sure why until this year, when I saved an image and went looking for more...

Originally, I was going to post about Guy on Father's Day.  He definitely met the needs of a hot and desirable daddy.  Rugged good looks, handsome face, great wavy hair, and a thick, fit, beautiful body.  He also had 4 children, which makes him both a virtual, fantasy daddy, and an actual father as well.

Unfortunately, when I was piecing my Father's Day posts together, I didn't have enough room for this particular guy.  Check out more Guy, with some of my favorite shirtless shots, on the FH HERE:

Unfiltered: Leo by Shax Carter

'I've done some freaky shit.'

If you've spent much time on FH, you know my goal is to present more than just great shots of hot models.  I strive to a story, about the artist, the model, and how the process behind the visuals viewers are enjoying.  I do this for a few reasons, starting with my innate curiosity, and my love telling stories.

I also want to ensure to credit the artists behind the work.  Photography is an art form, but it's also hard work, and so many people copy, and repost images without giving credit.  Some even take the time to crop out a watermark to ensure credit is even harder to detect. Finally, I want to ensure I can put a name with every model that I feature.  My passion for photography of the male form doesn't mean I want to promote objectifying another human being.

I know some may feel this may conflict with my posting hot, naked photos of beautiful men, and maybe it does.  Objectifying however, is about seeing or presenting a person as an object or as a toy.  I have no desire to post a series of  anonymous naked body parts, but instead spotlight a fellow human being, one with purpose, with opinions, and with a name.

In order to achieve this, I hound and pester every artist and model I feature, with questions about their work, and the behind the scenes pieces that make up the creative process.  Whether I achieve that goal is up to the viewer, but I hope all my rambles and stories make it just a little bit harder, to scroll quickly down to get to the genitals.

Photographer Shax Carter has a similar goal when it comes to his new book series theme.  Many of you have seen and enjoyed my previous posts featuring Shax's work.  I've featured many of Shax's shoots, and subsequent book, featuring the models he's worked with.  I've previously written about Shax's process of shooting one model over a long period of time.  Doing this, Shax presents a full visual picture and story of the model in focus.

For his new Unfiltered series, Shax wants to do tell even more of the story.  Much like a behind the scenes featurette of a movie, Unfiltered gives a more raw and untouched presentation of the models he's worked with.   Books filled with outtakes, and behind the scenes visuals giving the viewer less filtered look at other sides of the model, and glimpses into their personalities and who they really are.  Those quick moments between the edited shots that are usually released and featured.

The first model Shax featured in the new series was Leo.  Many of you remember meeting Leo last year when I featured his work with Shax in Alaska. (HERE:)  I followed that piece up with a smaller piece on Leo, (HERE:) then a feature on Leo's younger brother Ricky. (HERE:)  Unfiltered: Leo Behind The Scenes features of hundreds of photos of Leo in the over 360 page book.  The book is available in both a deluxe hard cover edition, as well as downloadable PDF version.

'Leo's work has always been a time capsule for me. I wanted to give the people who enjoyed Leo's books a chance to see behind the camera, and let them see a little bit of Leo's great personality. We had great fun creating those images and I wanted to present the fullest body of work possible from that summer with Leo.'

'I would get hard, but I tried desperately to hide it.'

In addition to hundreds of images of Leo, for Unfiltered, Shax also encouraged Leo to share a bit about himself, his past, and more specifically, stories spotlighting his erotic awakening and sexual journey.  In Unfiltered, Leo shares many stories from his past, including his wildest sexual experiences with women, and a few early brief body brushes with men as well.

'I've never actually had anal sex, like no one has actually put a penis in my butt....They tried, but I was like, no.  I fucked somebody else in the ass, yeah, plenty.  Probably my friend Gary was the first time.'

Jude Bellingham: Minor Adjustments

Although British footballer Jude Bellingham has posed for many hot photos, including for SKIMS underwear, (above) some of my favorite shots are of Jude 'adjusting'.  Not adjusting his package, but adjusting his uniform.

I never really played my soccer, except recreationally with my friends.  My sports were primarily Hockey and Baseball, along with a short stint playing high school basketball.  If you've played any sport however, you know the need for adjustment.

No matter what you're wearing, bodies get hot and sweaty when playing sports.  Uniforms get wet and cling and jockstraps get sweaty.  Athletes are always dealing with the heat and sweat by using their uniform to wipe off.  I think for me, the worst was when playing hockey.  The cup made adjusting pretty much impossible.

The easiest for me was when playing baseball.  First off, there are innings, so there are breaks in between to adjust and cool off.  I also usually played in the outfield, so there were many moments to lift my shirt to wipe my forehead, or adjust as needed.  I don't remember ever pulling the move Jude does above, but it looks rather satisfying.

Number Eight seems to be frequently adjusting his shirt, adjusting his shorts, and pulling his shorts down to give his beautiful behind some fresh air.  Thankfully, there were sports photographers close by to catch so much of the action.

Rods & Reels 🐟

'The best bait for the best catch.'

Last month, I featured a series of hot fishermen showing off their catch of the day. (HERE:)  While I was searching for hotties holding their trophies,  I also found quite a few shots of men holding their rods and reels.  Although fishing season varies from location to location, it usually begins in early Spring running through the summer until early Autumn.

I spent a lot of time casting my line as a kid, especially during the summer.  My family often camped by the ocean, and my Grandmother lived by an old fishing wharf.   In between catching, and then releasing, plenty of squid and sculpins, I managed to catch the odd mackerel or stiped bass.  I didn't eat fish back then, but was able to sell it to other campers or family members who would then put it on the BBQ.
