Although Baron Cohen has had several frontals on screen, I believe all were prosthetics. If there is one however, it's in his Borat wrestling scene with Azamat. (Ken Davitian) If you check out the last cap, it appears that in one quick frame, the black bar seems to have missed a spot. Some might argue it's actor Davitian's thumb, but it looks like a penis to me.
