I’ve got something for you to gobble...🦃
I know that 2023's horror flick Thanksgiving was a US produced film, but it was primarily shot in Ontario Canada. It also featured many Canadian cast members including actor Mika Amonsen. For those who remember the film, and the bloody opening sequence, Amonsen played high school jock Lonnie, who helped trigger the fatal Black Friday riot at RightMart. Lonnie stole the sheriff's megaphone, helping to incite the angry crows to storm the doors after spotting the rival students inside the store.
Behind the Scenes on Thanksgiving
Amonsen grew up in a family passionate about the arts. He began with music, and spent five years as a lead guitarist in a Toronto rock back that opened for Canadian musician Kim Mitchell. After his first year in University, he shifted his focus to acting training at Armstrong Acting Studios in Toronto. The busy actor has been working steadily since, including his current role on the series Boston Blue. Although sadly no nude scenes yet, Amonsen has had plenty of shirtless scenes, including in the CBS Drama. (Thanks to xyzpdq for the clip below)
