Schoolboy Crush

Head of the Class...

I think Brent Corrigan was the schoolboy crush for many, I know I certainly had a semester or two of lust over the actor and porn star. It's no wonder he got a big blue star, not for his work as a bottom, but for being at the top of his class.

Over the years, schools and classrooms have been a consistent theme on FH.  In addition to celebrating 'back to school' each September, I've featured many hot students, hot teachers, back to school themed movies, and other scholastic themed images and stories.  Some of my favorites have been the photoshoots spotlighting photographers shooting in closed and long abandoned schools.  Check out three of my favorites below.

David Alanson on Film

'I was in the industry for a very brief time when I was really hard up, waiting tables.  I know it sounds weird, but I don’t really have hang ups. It's not something I'm proud of and it's not something I like to dwell on. I live without regrets.'

I feature a lot of actors, a lot of models and a lot of reality stars, but I don't feature many men who've had success in all three areas. And yes, David Alanson also made a few adult films, I think my favorite being his turn in Brent Corrigan's Heat, but his time in porn was brief.  David is mainly an actor, and during the 2010's was in over half a dozen films, mostly gay themed films.

Bite Marks (2011)

A truck-driver Brewster takes over his missing brother's delivery of a load of coffins to a funeral home. He picks up hitchhiking gay couple Cary and Vogel whose relationship is in trouble to help him stay awake.

When his GPS leads them into a deserted junkyard, his truck breaks down, stranding them. NIght falls, and the coffins reveal blood-thirty vampires. Now the mismatched trio must barricade themselves in the cab of the truck and try to survive until dawn..

2011's Bite Marks was David's film debut, and one of the films in which David was the lead.  Although there is a bit of tame nudity in the film, the focus is more on the action and the story.  David gets to focus on character more than skin and the films gives him the opportunity to show off his personality and his beautiful face lights up the screen.

Vampire Boys: The New Brood (2013)

Jasin and Caleb's eternal bliss is put to the test when Jasin's century old rival Demetrius returns to get his revenge. Power and passion collide when the two broods finally clash. Who will remain and who will be destroyed for eternity?

In Vampire Boys 2: The New Brood , David's role is mostly that of the body.  The hot naked body that is kidnapped and that Quinn Jaxon gets to devour.  The film came out in 2013, the year after Quinn made his appearance on FH. (HERE:)

Stan the Merman

'Well I'm not like other boys either'
Stan the Merman

There aren't a whole lot of mermen in the movies, especially one's with tails.  One of the most well know, and one of the only one's, was Stan the Merman from Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild. In the 2008 continuation of the franchise, adult film star Brent Corrigan has a small, but memorable turn as Stan.

Behind the Scenes:

Given't Corrigan is known for showing skin, the producers wisely gave him a low cut tail, ensuring Brent's butt was on full display.  He showed even more in an extra on the Blu Ray edition of the film.

Who else remembers heading to Brent Corrigan.com when it was up.  It was an early favorite of mine when I got on-line, especially Brent's blog where he shared images and stories of his roles and adventures.  I remembered these behind the scenes shots when I started my Merman theme and after some hunting, managed to find a few.

'Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild!' Missed Opportunities

Above and below, the main cast of 'Gays Gone Wild' l-r, Jonah Blechman, Jake Mosser, Jimmy Clabots and Aaron Michael Davies.

Finally watched 'Another Gay Sequel: Gays Gone Wild' last night and I have to tell you that I want to write how horrible it was, but there was still something about it that held my interest. Was it the the gross out scenes? Was it the projectile vomiting scene? nah. Was it the not funny at all father/son scene? nah. Was it Perez Hilton? Nah, if they needed that knob in the film, could they have kept it to one scene instead of having pop up all the time just when you hoped you had seen the last of him....

I love Will Wikle, and although he looked hot in the flick, I did not enjoy his character or that silly storyline. I also find Brent Corrigan adorable, however he only had a couple of brief appearances. What I did like about the movie, and believe me it does not make the movie a good one by any means were the four main leads. Jonah Blechman is the only hold over from the original film (not counting Scott Thompson) and Jonah is a talented guy. We all knew he could act, but he also shows his dancing abiities in this flick. My only problem with Jonah is that unlike the first movie where he had a story worthy of his talent, he comes off too over the top in this flick, not because he was not doing a good job, but because the film could not anchor his performance with decent writing and story.

Now don't get me wrong, the movie was pretty dismal. But Jake Mosser, Jimmy Clabots, and particularly Aaron Michael Davies and Euriamis Losada are so appealing, that even when given crap scenes, they pull it off. They are so likable that I found myself feeling bad for all the missed opportunities the writers and producers missed. These four actors have the looks and abilities to have pulled off a good movie, but instead they had this dribble. The movie made mention of a trilogy, well if that is the case, I hope they can find a story worthy of the talent they have. Now let me add, I realize I was not watching 'Schindler's list', but the movie was still a far cry from the original. (which as no masterpiece either, but was enjoyable) There were enough chuckles to give suggest you rent it, but not enough to suggest anyone buy it.
