PRIDE

Your Move Probst....

No we're most likely never going to hear Jeff Probst yell at the male Survivor contestants to take off their pants at the start of a challenge, but that's exactly what happened on the 2011 season of the Swedish version of the reality show.  In Sweden, the show is called Robinson, harking back to  both Robinson Crusoe and The Swiss Family Robinson.

America is still far too puritanical for such a challenge, the Moms for Liberty would be in hysterics.  Keep hundreds of guns in your basement fine, but enjoy a little innocent nudity, especially male nudity, and the protests, advertiser boycotts and e-mail writing campaigns would be in full swing.

Thanks to poster Drake at DreamCap who posted the episode for download, we can still enjoy digitally, what others in ore progressive and body healthy parts of the world see on television.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not for porn or sexual acts being on prime time television, but I am more offended by the violence on most network television procedurals than I am of the nude human body.

Then hot and hunky host of Robinson is Swedish actor and presenter Paolo Roberto.  I especially enjoyed watching Paolo yell at the male contestants to take off their pants, (Ta av dina byxor) and get going.  He's a little loud and aggressive, which in this case,  only adds to the erotic intensity of the challenge.

Prime Time Supporters: Paul W.Downs

'Being on both sides gives me court vision a little bit. I get to see what's going on, but also then I get to inhabit a character. '

Took me long enough!  I watched the pilot for Hacks a couple of years ago and for some strange reason, couldn't get into it.  I love Jean Smart, but whatever mood I was in the night I watched stopped me from continuing to tune in.  My mistake, or maybe my luck...  After reading so many incredible reviews about season 3, I knew I had to give it another shot.

This time I was instantly hooked, and am now almost finished my binge of season one.  Maybe not enjoying it the first time round was a blessing.  Now I have three seasons to binge and enjoy.  The show is one of the funniest shows I've every seen, and also incredibly moving and dramatic.  The entire cast is stellar, but like Kayla, I quickly developed a crush on Deborah Vance's agent Jimmy played by Paul W. Downs.

Paul is adorable and I love the relationship between Jimmy and his assistant/stalker Kayla played by the brilliant Megan Stalter.  I'm not sure if we're going to get any skin from Jimmy, but Paul hasn't been shy about showing a little skin, including the image below, in an Instagram story promoting the show.

Downs doesn't just play Jimmy, he's also one of Hacks creators, showrunners and writers.  The talented Downs has also written and produced on shows including Broad City, Time Traveling Bong, and The Other Two, another comedy that I loved.

Broad City (2014-2019)

I've heard of, but never seen Broad City, but I see it's streaming on Paramount Plus, so might have to give it look.  Although most of it is blurred, seems Paul drop trou more than a few times during his time on the show.

The Characters (2016)

One of Down's best skin scenes was in the one season show The Characters that is currently streaming on Netflix. The show featured eight different comedians who each got an episode to show their skills in comedy.  Downs was featured in episode six, the final episode of the series.  Thanks to xyzpdq for the caps!

Axie: Unclothed & Undaunted

'Being naked outside is such a pleasurable experience. I love the sensation of having nothing between my skin and the air'

What a difference a year makes!  Many of you may remember my piece from last year featuring Axie and his work with photographer Ian from macpics. (HERE)  When Ian first connected Axie and I for a piece, the Melbourne based model was working through  his feeling about posting full nudes on-line.

Axie wasn't shy, not in the least, the proud exhibitionist loved being completely naked, exposed and vulnerable, especially outside.  Axie's hesitation wasn't with others seeing him nude, it was more about the workings of the web, and the judgement and negatively so irritatingly inherent in so many of the  'anonymous' assholes on-line.

As you can, things have changed, and any hesitation has been replaced by the joy and pride that Axie  shares from being true to his beautifully naked and authentic self.  If you've followed Axie on-line, especially on his Twitter, you've seen plenty of full frontals and plenty of images from recent shoots with photographers from all over the globe.

I've been wanting to have more of Axie's work on FH for awhile now, and given the previous piece featured mostly indoor shots,  it was time to venture outside.  Even more than stripping down for photoshoots, Axie loved being naked outside with the fresh air and sunlight cascading over his bare kin.

It's not only just on beaches, in fields or other private and secluded areas.  Axie also especially loves being vulnerable and exposed in public spaces full of people, even if it's a bit risky, and just for a quick flash.  In this series, Axie shares some of the changes since his last visit to FH as well as stories, and visuals from some of his excellent naked adventures.

What has the last year been like for you?
I let go of my last lingering concern about how other people might judge me. It's been fun to truly express myself without limitations or shame. Showing myself in FH was an important step in letting go.

'I like to get my butt out for a quick photo in public places - and have shown it off in Time Square, near the Eiffel Tower, in front of the Statue of Liberty and near the Sydney Opera House. I only get completely naked if it's unlikely that I'll get seen as I don't want to offend anyone. Berlin is such a great place to do nude shoots as it so accepted - so I'd love to travel to more cities that accept nudity and do shoots in the middle of the city.'

Most of the images in this piece are self-pics from Axie, or images taken by a friend out in public.  To see more of Axie in visually stunning locations, that are a little more secluded and private, check out more on the NEXT PAGE HERE:
