One Book Will Change Everything....

Too Sonn....

I love actor John DeLuca, and as you can see from the pic John recently posted on Twitter, he is enjoying his summer. Come this fall however, John is joining Lexi Giovagnoli, Diane Salinger and Martin Klebba in director Charlie Vaughn's All Hallow's Eve. I know it's a little early to start thinking about Halloween, but when Charlie posted a shot of the films poster on Facebook recently, I got immediately into the spirit. With no sequel to Hocus Pocus we all need a new Halloween film to love! Check out the trailer HERE:

As Eve celebrates her birthday, she learns the truth of who she really is. For generations, her mother’s family has passed down an old amulet and the power of a witch to one girl on her 18th birthday. This time, it is her turn. While exploring her new powers, Eve attempts to summon her deceased mother, against the warnings of her best friend and Barnaby, her faithful protector. Instead she accidentally summons an old ancestor who bears her no good will and the three friends are forced to flee for their lives. Time is ticking for her loved ones in danger, as Eve rushes to fix the mess around her. Only by realizing the power inside of herself will she be able to help them in time.

Thumbs Down: SNL

Why would Saturday Night Live dump Jay Pharoah and Taran Killam? The current cast, especially the women, are really strong.  It took a few years to mesh and get their rhythm, but they're finally coming together.   Killam has acted as pretty much the shows male lead for a few years and Pharoah just came off his strongest season to date.  It seemed as last season was coming to an end, the writers were using Killam less, but I didn't see the writing on the wall.  Will miss both of these talented men next season very much!

Sans Theme: Antony J by Male Beauty by bengie

Usually when I feature the work of Male Beauty by bengie, I choose a theme.  The  Cheshire based photographer has been very generous to me, welcoming me to feature his incredible array of models, images and themes.

I have featured bengie's images of models in the shower, in the barn, in front of his patio french doors, and most recently, in a room in front of a particular wall paper border. I have loved visual contrasts when featuring different models in front of and within similar locations.

Today however, I am blending several locations to present bengie's work with one model, 21 year old London based Antony J.  FH readers will undoubtedly remember Antony for his previous appearances on the site.  I was fortunate to be able to introduce Antony on FH last December with his work with Danny Barson. (Christmas Comes Early)  I followed this piece up with a lounging Antony and work with NickS82. (One the Couch)

With bengie's images of Antony, a theme really isn't important.  Antony looks incredible in any setting.  Antony has an amazing body for sure, but he also has such a welcoming face and looks right at home on the farm and especially in bengie's shots of Antony in the fields.

The bright yellow and purple of the field flowers and the natural light from the sun, cascade over, and around Antony's body and skin setting the most perfect stage for bengie to shoot.  The images also give me lots of ideas for future themes in my showcasing of bengie's work.
