Saabed

I know many are missing watching their favorite sports.  When I was growing up, sports were not only watched, they were events.  If things don't get back to normal by the fall, I will miss hockey, but I usually only watch the playoffs in the spring. I also watch basketball, but again, usually most intently during the playoffs which would be pretty much over soon anyway.

I do however miss keeping an eye on my favorite sportsmen.   Before the world came to a halt, the Australian rugby league was just beginning their season.  Thankfully, there were a few early games which provided a few fumbles and flashes.

One of my favorites came from hottie Jason Saab, who plays as a wing for the  St. George Illawarra Dragons.  Saab had a little unintentional exposure in February thanks to Jake Clifford during the match between his team and North Queensland Cowboys.  Thanks to DC poster George for the video!

Prime Time Supporters: Graham Patrick Martin

I never watched The Closer when it first aired, but I occasionally catch an old repeat from time to time.  There's a local cable channel in my area that runs back to back episodes late on Sunday nights, and on those frequent nights when sleep eludes me, I watch until I doze off.

I recently caught the episode which introduced the character of teen prostitute Rusty Beck.  His blue undie entrance had me wide awake.  Rusty only appeared in one episode of The Closer, but after Googling actor Graham Patrick Martin, I see the character appeared as a semi-regular on the crime shows spin-off Major Crimes.

I'll have to check to see if repeats of that series are airing anywhere I can catch during my frequent nights of sleeplessness.   Martin also appeared recently in the re-make of Catch-22.  I did a few pieces on the new series, but have yet to check it out.

The Closer

Catch-22

In The Boardroom by Richard Rothstein

The meeting was scheduled for Wednesday at 6 pm.  Mac thought it a bit strange that a meeting was set for the end of work day.  Still, being fairly new to the company he wasn't about to rock the boat and complain.  Mac thought it must be a team meeting, that's what the e-mail had indicated.  When he walked in however, he realized there was an entirely different agenda.

At first he thought maybe he was early, but he was actually running a little late.  He didn't really know the man at the end of the table, but he certainly knew who he was.  He'd been thinking and fantasizing about Sergey since first seeing him a few months ago.  Although he'd stared at him for hours, up until then, they'd only shared a few brief pleasantries.

Sergey didn't say hello, his welcome, was a penetrating look. After what seemed an eternity, Sergey used only his eyes to invite Mac to come closer and sit next to him.  As soon as Mac sat down, Sergey stood up.  He walked first to the boardroom door, took a quick look back, then closed and locked it.  Sergey then walked towards Mac, slowly sliding on to his lap.

Still in silence, Sergey gently took Mac's hand, and placed it on the throbbing protrusion trying to break free from his grey dress pants.  Mac wasn't sure what to think, but enjoyed watching Sergey gracefully slide his body onto the boardroom table and down towards him.  With his head now in Mac's lap, Sergey whispers for Mac to take over the remainder of the meeting.  Without hesitation, Mac begins to implement his own agenda for the intimate team meeting of two.
