James Daughton in The Beach Girls

Celebrate summer and fun with a slew of bikini-clad beach bunnies!

You can't really celebrate a beach day without a skinny dipping scene.  This particular one come from the 1982 teen sex comedy The Beach Girls.  Like most teen sex romps, this one is mostly focused on bikini's and boobs, there was a surprise peek of penis.

I was introduced to The Beach Girls by poster KC on Dreamcap.  I thought the actor was hot, loved his butt and tan-lines and thought the scene was so quintessentially the 80's.  In the film, two young women convince their reluctant friend to open up her rich uncle's beach house for the summer to party, and invite all their friends.  One of the women may be familiar to some as Jeana Keough from the Real Housewives of Orange County plays 'Ducky' in the film.

The blond hottie with the great ass and sexy tan-lines is actor James Daughton, who plays Scott.  Daughton was a fixture on television and in films in the 70's and 80's and continued to work into the early 2000's.  Although he had numerous roles in films and on television, many my know him best as Greg Marmalard in 1982's National Lampoon's Animal House.  Some who saw the film may remember that Greg was the snobby, ambitious president of the Omega Theta Pi fraternity at Faber College.

FaVorite Face of the Day: Jack Whitehall

Last week, I shared that I'd gone down the rabbit hole with episodes of The Graham Norton Show on Youtube.   Although it's been a few days, I'm still down that hole.  I love Norton, and especially the format of his UK based 'chat' show.  Norton usually brings his guests out all at once, meaning they're interviewed together.  This format really seems to put celebrities at ease, especially those who usually don't enjoy doing talk shows an promotions. 

This format also leads to some interesting and hilarious interactions.  Last night I watched an episode featuring Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry and Rachel McAdams.  There was a nice moment when both Hemsworth and Berry were gushing over their favorite McAdams films. After catching more than a few episodes, I noticed that I had seen Jack Whitehall more than a few times.  The UK based comedian and actor has appeared on the talk show 15 times over the last ten years.  In addition to being really funny, Whitehall is also incredibly hot with an engaging face and smile that had me wanting to see more....

I of course had to research Jack's resume to see if there was any on-screen nudity, which luckily there was, and a fair amount to boot!  Jack has shown pretty much everything over the years, including a full frontal scene in 2015's The Bad Education Movie.  Given there was so much to choose from, I narrowed it down to my two favorite scenes.

Some of my favorite Whitehall nude scenes were not in a film, but in the travel documentary road trip series, Travels with My Father. The show features Jack and his father, Michael Whitehall and the father and son travels to various places around the world, encountering silly and awkward situations.  Jack is nude in several of the episodes, but I think my favorite is his joining a nude yoga class. Robots 

Charles is a womanizer while Elaine is a gold digger. The duo learn humanity when forced to team up and pursue robot doubles of themselves.

As far as films go, I think my favorite baring scene is in 2023's Robots.  I love a good embarrassment scene, especially when it features a hot actor having their clothes pulled off...  In the last episode of The Grant Norton show Jack was on that I saw, he was promoting the mini-series Malice.  I haven't seen it yet, but it looks really good, so hoping to catch that soon.

El Príncipe 2019

'A '70s-set homoerotic prison drama based on a low-circulated pulp novel, tracking the sexual, often-violent and eventually murderous experiences of 20-something narcissist Jaime.'

Set in a Santiago prison in 1970, the film introduces us to Jaime, (Juan Carlos Maldonado) a young prisoner convicted of the violent and inexplicable murder of his best friend. It doesn't take long for Jamie to catch the eye of The Stallion, ( Alfredo Castro) an older and powerful inmate who commands respect among the prisoners. Seeking protection, Jaime develops a relationship of affection and tenderness with the man, discovering love and the need for recognition. Later, as The Prince, Jamie rethinks his sexual identity and the reason for his incarceration.

The brutality of prison life is contrasted by intensely emotional relationships between the prisoners. The ensemble cast gives sometimes surprisingly sensitive performances conveying the paradoxical acceptance of gay attachments in prison at a time when it was not socially acceptable.

Sebastián Muñoz’s directorial debut is a bold and erotically charged exploration of recent history which reveals an unexpected tenderness at its heart;

The Queer Lion

Given the prison setting and frequent nude scenes, El Príncipe could have easily been just another homo-exploitative flick where the main draw were the naked bodies and sexual situations.  The film's focus on character and relationships however, draws you and has you caring and invested.  

The film is based on the sole novel by  author Mario Cruz. Cruz's homoerotic novel had its heyday in the 70s, when it talked about, but hard to find, making it in many ways, a cult novel. at the time.   The book was never available in bookstores and could only be acquired in the newsstands of San Diego Street, in Santiago,  Director Sebastián Muñoz found the novel by chance and, along with playwright Luis Barrales refined the script to its final form.

Pierson Fode in The Wrong Paris

A woman joins a dating show for an art opportunity, thinking that it's in Paris, France, but it's actually in Paris, Texas. She tries to get eliminated until falling for the bachelor complicates her plans.

I've been a long time fan of actor Pierson Fode, and although I've previously featured him on FH (HERE:) until recently, never really saw him too many projects.  I didn't watch his days on soaps, and have missed many of his big, and small screen appearances.  I made up for this last weekend with a viewing of his 2025 appearance in the Netflix film The Wrong Paris. 

After being emotionally drained watching Heartstopper Forever, I wanted something light to watch before bed, The Wrong Paris proved the perfect choice.  The film was very formulaic, much like a Hallmark flick, but with a little more swearing a wee bit more skin.  No nudity, but Fode, and his incredible abs, were on display in several scenes. 

The film was a light rom-com about a girl who auditions for a Bachelor like reality show in order to pay for tuition to art school in Paris.  Through a few convoluted and pretty lame scenes, she ends up in Paris Texas not Paris France.  Of course this wasn't really a mystery, given that plot point was in the films title. 

The bachelor in question turned out to be the hot cowboy, and ranch owner, Trey McAllen, played by Fode.  I really must applaud director Janeen Damian for slutting the delicious Fode out in so many scenes, especially the one below.  As hot and as eye-catching as Fodes and his abs were, he was also really engaging in the role, and helped sell the film's really flimsy permeance.
