Down to Earth

Although I haven't seen it yet, like many others, I've been salivating over the promotional images of Zac Efron for his new Netflix Docu-series Down to Earth with Zac Efton.  It was images that actually first began my infatuation with all things Efron.

To date, I still haven't seen a second of Summerland or High School Musical.  It was however, promotional images from those two television shows that started my posting spree on Zac, one that's lasted  the entire span of FH.  I remember searching for this shower scene from High School Musical 3.... only to find out it was a deleted scene that never aired.  I have enjoyed much of Zac's post television work, especially his turn in 2012's The Paperboy.

Down to Earth with Zac Efron

Many are referring to the bearded and furry Zac as a daddy, but he's not quite there yet for me.  First off, I'm older than Zac, but secondly, as daddy-like as he looks, there' still a hint of innocence about the actor, and he still has a little more experience to gain before fully earning the title.  It's just a matter of time though, and I've enjoyed watching the process.

I have yet to watch Extremely Wicked and, Shockingly Evil and Vile, but thanks to Casperfan, I have a nice sneak peak!  I loved the Netflix Ted Bundy documentary, and although I don't love some of the serial killer worship, for those of us fascinated by the subject matter, it doesn't hurt to have nude scenes from Zach Efron as part of the watching experience.

Rescue Me

I don't think I will be rushing to the theatre to see Baywatch, my gut tells me Zac and The Rock will not be spending too much time in (or out) of speedos in the flick. But... this hint of Zac crack could bring about the need for little CPR.

The Evolution of Efron

Most of us who have followed the career, and body, of Zac Efron, have enjoyed the evolution. From his time on Summerland and High School Musical through his buffed up bod in Dirty Grandpa. As Zac has changed, so then must the way he is portrayed in paper doll land.

Flaunt

I know most of you have already seen, and salivated over these images, but I wanted to post them here, and not just for the obvious reasons. In addition to the hot abs, and overuse of self tanner, there is something sort of interesting (and hot) about a shirtless Zac Efron on stage. Over the past few years it has appeared Efron has been trying to distance himself from the teen idol, teen pin-up label that wore so well for so long. Efron began taking on roles in more adult films, most notably, the powerful film The Paperboy.

This past year however, it seemed a smooth transition into the world of more respectable film projects might have seemed a bit boring for Efron. The actor has always been a bit of an exhibitionist, and he seems to not only enjoy, but actively participate in photo-ops that allow him to show a bit of skin. In a year that had Efron head back to teen comedies and his own personal struggles taking up much of his press, there is sort of vulnerability to need to show off. It is one part hot and another part highly calculated. His MTV strip down created a social media sensation and nothing Zac has done work wise has ever grabbed quite the same amount the attention he gets from taking off his shirt.

Lets Go For The Hattrick!

Although I can't say I actually watched even a minute from the High School Musical franchise, I was certainly not immune to the appeal of the guys. They say two out of three ain't bad, but in the case of the students from East High, I am hoping for a hattrick.

Last year had me gaining respect for Efron after The Paperboy and losing any appeal I felt from Bleu, whose arrogance turned me off as he danced with the 'stars'. Both did however, give a flash of their post graduate ass's, Efron in That Awkward Moment and Bleu in Nurse. Sadly, my favorite, the adorable Lucas Grabeel is still left. Maybe 2014 will see the completion of the trilogy of tush.

Bottoms & Tops

The most recent shot of Bieber baring,(usually released by Bieber himself) cracked the rounds on Instagram this weekend, then forums, sites and blogs. I know most of the discussion was on the bottom but I was more interested in the discussion of the top.


Springfield

Although most comments included adjectives to describe the half moon, a few made reference to his wife-beater. For some reason, I cannot bring myself to say this word a loud. I don't consider myself a prude, but unless it on the torso of Chris Brown, the word bugs me. It is not my age, even as a teen I hated it. If you have ever known, or loved a woman degraded by bruises and humiliation, or known a man, usually overweight with his gut hanging below the shirt, the idiot whose fist created that bruise, you too might struggle to have the word slip easily off your tongue.

Efron

I love the actual piece of clothing, for a log time it has covered some of my favorite bodies.  Sleeveless sounds so formal, undershirt so dated. and guinea tee requires too much explanation, even after the laughing subsides. I know many call it a tank top, but I associate that term more with women, does it apply to men as well? Any suggestions of alternative words would be welcomed!

Putting a hot new spin on the term 'Down Under,' Zac Efron enjoys some time relaxing this past week on his Sydney hotel balcony. Zac, who was in Australia promoting his new flick The Lucky One proves anyone enjoying the view are the actual lucky ones.
