12 Days: Marcus Rosner in Falling Like Snowflakes

Teagan is determined to capture a photograph of the elusive 12-sided snowflake in the local mountains.

I noticed last year that I was watching far fewer Hallmark holiday films.  There was so much good television,  that over the last few years, I was seeing fewer and fewer Christmas films.  That changed this year.  Since the election earlier this month, I, like many others, have totally turned off cable news.  Since I work from home half of the time, I often had on the news as background while I worked.

With the news being off, the next best background has been Hallmark Christmas movies.  Problem is, although there are plenty of mediocre flicks, that are easy to work through, some of them, and some of their male stars, are too hot ignore.  I never miss an opportunity to catch actor Marcus Rosner when he shows up, and have featured him several times previously on the site.  Marcus has such a beautiful face, (and body) and is always engaging and watchable in almost any Hallmark flick he pops up in.

In Falling Like Snowflakes, Rosner plays Noah, a snowplow driver who helps a photographer, Teagan, (Rebecca Dalton) find the perfect 12-sided snowflake.  I'll skip all the 'plow' puns that are running through my head and just say that I enjoyed the movie.  I had to record it, so I could watch it in full later that night, as I couldn't totally focus on Marcus while I was working.

Although there are no shirtless scenes in the film, Rosner looks amazing whether with, or without his flannel shirts.  Thankfully, he's shown off his incredible body in several films in the past.  The caps and clip below are from 2017's Infidelity in Suburbia.  Thanks to SOMS for the clip!

I Know What You Did Last Summer...

When it comes to Bravo's Summer House, the main guy has always been Kyle.  Kyle has always been the party guy, who gathers the group together and leads the fun.  Kyle also usually leads the stripping down, (HERE)  and in Season 8 he again gave it all, showing off that blindly white ass.

It was nice this year to see Kyle get some 'friends' with addition of sports journalist West Wilson and  Investor relations expert Jesse Solomon.  I know Kyle has had friends before, but I've never been a huge fan of Carl, and especially not of Carl and Lindsay.  Their doomed from the start engagement bored me, and was one of the reasons it took me so long to get into the season. I had no interest in watching their constant fighting, nor their their predictable crash and burn

Kyle, West and Jesse however, seemed to just enjoy each other company's.  They had many fun and light moments which contrasted with the 'heavier' and boring moments of listening to Carl bring down the so many moments with his angst and his issues.  Truly Summer House, reality shows are supposed to dramatic, but not depressing and Carl, as nice as he seems, can be incredibly depressing to watch.

One of my favorite guys on the show was always Luke, and although he was quiet, and didn't provide much story or drama, was really engaging to me.  I really loved Luke's outdoorsy life and look, and loved how different he was from all the motivated Manhattanites who they usually cast.  With Luke now gone however, I did enjoy the additions of West and Jesse.

West

West however, had me fooled.  I loved me some West for most of the first half of the season and fell for him as hard as Ciara.  Ciara however was more careful than I was, and knew all wasn't what it seemed.  Although she eventually gave in, I let West in far too early.  By the time the reunion came around, it was clear Wes had let reality 'fame' go to his head and was just dog looking for bones, lots of them.

It will be interesting to see how Ciara and West interact next season.  I'd like him to have seen the light, and try to win her back. I 'm fairly certain however, that's not the case, and he'll just now feel free to be the dog he always was and was hiding last summer.  We shall ssee.

I didn't initially warm to Jesse, but by the end of the season, he'd won me over.  Between his cancer battle, and his sweetness and song, he was my favorite by the time the reunion came around.  Jesse is a bit of a dog as well, but a sly and sweet one.  I have read a few spoilers however, that fans may not be quite as charmed by him as they were last season.

Although he wasn't a regular, it was nice to have Andrea back, especially in his tighty whities.  I miss when Andrea was crushing over Paige, but that is sadly part of the past.  Check out my previous post on Andrea HERE:

I'm not a huge Danielle fan, but I do thank her for hooking up with the hot 'balloon guy' and bringing him back to her room for a little fun.  The cameramen caught it all, and shared a wee bit of Balloon man's butt with the audience.  I can only imagine all the footage they get each year that they can't share....
