12 Days: Corey Sevier in Pumpkin Regatta Romance

A headstrong marina owner teams up with the local pumpkin farmer to resurrect their lakeside town's beloved Pumpkin Regatta after a family feud cancels it, igniting old wounds and new sparks in the process.

I watched my first Hallmark holiday film in while last week and it featured one of my favorite holiday hunks, Corey Sevier.  The film wasn't exactly a Thanksgiving film, but it was certainly Autumn themed, and did feature the hot Canadian actor.  I know the phrase 'like a fine wine' is overused, but it certainly applies to Sevier.  I've been featuring Sevier on FH, (HERE:) since the early days of the site, spanning Sevier from his mid-twenties through his early forties.  

I think I first took notice of the talented thespian when he was on the short-lived 2004 drama North Shore.  I also remember him making guest appearances on many shows I watched including Smallville, Wild Card and Heartland.  Sevier also had roles in several tawdry Lifetime movies including 2003's Student Seduction.

Pumpkin Regatta Romance featured Sevier romancing actress Mishael Morgan, and I enjoyed the chemistry between the two actors.  The film was shot in Ontario, most likely during the summer, but the set decoration had enough pumpkins and fall leaves to make you believe it was Autumn.  The tv movie also featured one of Hallmark's rare shirtless scenes.  Sevier looked as hot, and as fit, as the first time I remember seeing him shirtless on a beach during his time on North Shore.

I got stuck while thinking about a movie to spotlight for this Labour Day weekend.  I've featured work related films before, and movies with horrible bosses.  Then I remembered Alfred.  Alfred, (Alf) was a character in the 2022's  Love, Sex & Pandemic. 

Directed by Patryk Vega the Polish drama focus's on three friends all hungry for sensations and male company.  They all head out to the city to have fun on the shortest night of the year. Alfred is played by Polish model turned actor Wojciech Sikora. If you've seen the film you know that Alfred is naked a lot, usually by order of his female bosses. 

'Take off your clothes'

Yes, 'take off your clothes' is a statement Alfred hears often, especially when it comes to work.  Whether it be from the female photographer he works with, or the casting agent he's seeing about a gig  on a reality show.  As a working actor, Alfred is used to awkward auditions, and also seems accustomed to being asked to disrobe when he's up for a job.  If you haven't seen the films, Sikora isn't the only actor who gets naked for a scene, and there are several CFNM scenes including the two featured here.

Every July 4th, I think I featured the American Pie series for my 12 days post.    Unlike the Porky's films, one of which I featured on Canada Day,  I've only seen a couple of the American Pie flicks, and didn't really love them.  I think in part it was my age.  When I saw the Porky's films, I was still a kid, sneaking down to the rec room to rewatch the male nude scenes on VHS.  

By the time the American Pie films hit, I was in University, and wasn't watching as many movies.  I was juggling classes with 2 jobs to pay for those classes with my sexual identity in crisis.  I'd ended my relationship with my high school girlfriend, but wasn't really out to many people other than my ex and a few close friends.

I also became, briefly, a little snobby about 'film'.  I was hanging out with an artsy crowd, and going to a lot of foreign films, and art house flicks in teeny tiny theatres.  That doesn't mean I didn't catch mainstream films, but mostly on television or at home on DVD.  I did appreciate the cast, and remember crushing over the male cast especially Thomas Ian Nicholas and Sean William Scott.  Ahh, that 2003 shirtless cover of Teen People...

Over the last few years, I've caught a few of the sequels, mostly for Eugene Levy, and I've gain a new appreciation for Jason Biggs and the films.  Biggs is really quite fearless when it comes to nudity, both on film, and on his social media pages.  I've also come respect the actor for his progressive social and political views.  Not that I agree with them all, or that there haven't been controversies... I remember him getting in trouble with conservative during the 2012 election.  In addition, his tendency to post non-family-friendly content online led to him being fired from the voice role of Leonardo in the Nickelodeon series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

As you can see from the shots below, Biggs love to sport the stars and stripes off screen as well.  Many of you I'm sure recognize some of the speedo wearing hotties in the pics below.  A few are quite famous, and I've featured a couple of them previously on the site.

Beyond the Sticky Hole

Beyond Jim's Dad, the hilarious Eugene Levy, the highlight of the American Pie films is the male nudity.  If you've watched them, you know the bulk of the male nude scenes fall to actor Jason Biggs, who knows how to make the most of a comedy, and nudity, moment.  Now I have to be honest, my research for this post did not include watching all of the films.  It did however, mostly thanks to xyzpdq, (Scenes of Male Skin) watching each of the male nude scenes from the series. 

American Pie (1999)

Of course the most famous scene occurs in the first film. 1999's American Pie is also the most successful film in the franchise, grossing over $235 million worldwide.  Not bad for a flick with a $10 million dollar budge.  I now you all remember the scene.  It's when Jim, (Biggs) discovers the comfort and heat of the sticky hole in the middle of a warm apple pie.   Although the scene is hilarious, and became iconic, some of my favorite nude scenes occurred later in the film series.

When I featured Porky's earlier in the week, I discussed my favorite themes within male nude scenes.  I find elements of embarrassment and CMNM / CFNM especially hot, especially in a comedy.  The restaurant scene in 2003's American Wedding, is a great example. I'll have to research whether Biggs ever discussed the scene in an interview, but I'd love to know his thoughts on having his butt out with not only Levy, but a crew and room full of extras.

American Reunion (2012)

It was in 2012's American Reunion that finally gave us a Jim full frontal.  The scene is a little contrived, but Biggs make it work.  When the scene came out, there was the usual back and forth on whether it was actually Bigg's penis we were seeing.  I didn't include the actual scene, you can easily find that on-line, but I did include a behind the scenes video included when the film was released.  Certainly appears to be Biggs to moi.
