Kudos to Casting

Like so many thirsty men, (and so many thirsty women) I've posted more than a few times about Heated Rivalry.  It began with a piece on Connor Storrie in early October, (HERE:) followed up by a piece on Kaden Conners earlier this month. (HERE:)

I've also been on the François Arnaud, (Scott Hunter) bad wagon, since first seeing him on Schitt's Creek.  I featured François, and his hot butt scene, back in 2018. (HERE:)  After watching the first two episodes, I know actor Hudson Williams certainly needs little more FH lovin!

Arnaud' & G.K.

The show's casting department has really outdone itself bringing together so many incredibly hot and talented men.  They really hit the chemistry nail on the head.  The promotional department also deserves applause, the show has generated more buzz on-line than almost any show I remember.  This week, the promotional 'hockey cards' for Arnaud's Hunter and actor Robbie Graham-Kuntz (Robbie G.K) have been heavily promoted on-line.

Robbie plays Kip Grady, and if you watched the promo, you'll see that Grady and Hunter seem to having a hot and intimate encounter. G.K actually also made a 'cameo' on FH last month, when in my Dorian Gray themed posts,  I included images his passionate kiss with actor Jedidiah Goodacre from 2024's  F*** Marry Kill.  (HERE:)

As you can see from the caps below, (thanks to ausCaps) F*** Marry Kill, gave us a wee peak at the top of G.K's ass crack.  From the promo for Heated Rivalry though, hoping the camera pans a little lower when G.K and Grady appear on screen...

Kudos: Chris Kluwe

'MAGA stands for trying to erase Trans people from existence.  MAGA stands for resegregation and racism.'

I'm sure many of you saw the video already, but I still wanted to give a shout out to former NFL player Chris Kluwe who arrested during a Huntington Beach City Council meeting last week. Kluwe, a former pro football punter, who played for the Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings, and The Oakland Raiders. has long spoken out about social issues.

Kluwe attended Tuesday’s meeting to protest a proposed MAGA acrostic plaque outside of the Central Library for the library’s 50th anniversary.  After his anti-MAGA speech, Kluwe stated that he would now engage in the time-honored American tradition, peaceful civil disobedience.

Kluwe was then held by several police offers and carried out of the council chambers and arrested. Activism certainly isn't new to Kluwe, who appeared on the cover of OUT Magazine back in 2012 in support of gay marriage and equality.   It was hopeful to see Kluwe, as well as Jane Fonda at the SAG awards, speaking truth to power with all the shit currently going on by the orange idiot and his cult followers.  Things are only going to get worse, and as Fonda reminded us, there's no need to wait to stand up and protest as we're already in a very bad place.

Kudos to Manny Jacinto

'We can’t wait for somebody else to do it. If we want bigger stories out there, we have to make them for ourselves.'

Kudos to the beautiful and talented Manny Jacinto for calling out the producers and director of Top Gun: Maverick for cutting his role down to only a few seconds, and a few seconds with no lines.  I know it's happens in every film, and to many actors, many performances end up on the cutting room floor for story reasons and mostly due to time constraints.

That being true, doesn't discount the fact that Jacinto, and several other actors of color, appear to have been hired to show diversity, yet only as background.  They might have as well not have bothered to hire a name actor like Jacinto, only to use them as a glorified extra. Tom Cruise's movies are rarely that diverse, and although Top Gun Maverik had several actors of color, they didn't really have to be ready for their close-ups.

Kudos to Alan Ritchson

'Trump is a rapist and a con man, and yet the entire Christian church seems to be treat him like he's their poster child and it's unreal. I don't understand it.'

I've been covering, and uncovering, actor and model Alan Ritchson since the site's early years.  I remember his brief time as Aquaman on Smallville, only to get replaced by  Justin Hartley for the series.  Ritchson ended up returning to the role, and took supporting roles until finally get getting a series of his own.  I remember getting e-mails and images from his N2N sent on from the company to promote his campaign for the bodywear line.

There are many celebrities who've spoken out against the hateful orange idiot, but few, with the directness that Ritchson used in a recent feature in The Hollywood Reporter.  I was worried when I first read the headline, he might be lending support.  Ritchson has spoken of his Christianity, and sadly, so many seem to be following the false, and horrid idol.  As a Christian myself, I cannot fathom how anyone of faith can follow Trump.

Religion has historically often been used by many for hate, violence and the demeaning of others. So many 'so called' Christians who judge others, while following money and evil in the name of God.  It was nice to be wrong, and pleasantly surprised to read Alan's brave words.  You shouldn't have to be brave to speak the truth, but there are still so many celebrities worried about their careers, (or their theme parks) and end up staying silent.  I get it, but kudos to Ritchson, we're far too close to another four years of Hell, years that the world may not come back from, to worry about anything other than trying to stop it.

Kudos to Paul Telfer

I wasn't expecting much when Playgirl announced it was shooting some of the hotties from Days Of Our Lives.  The magazine has a history of shoots with soap stars, and very few showed much beyond what they do regularly on their shows.  All of the actors featured in the recent issue have shown skin on Days, and for me, the only point of the Playgirl shoot, was to show a wee bit more.

I wasn't expecting any full frontals, but I was thinking there might be some butt shots or implied nudity.  Although Christopher Sean looks hot in his short shorts, the only actor who gave us a little 'sumthin' sumthin' was actor Paul Telfer   Telfer's character Xander is known for his frequent shirtless scenes, and he's the only actor from the show who stripped down to briefs, with some implied nudity and a hint of butt crack.

It's not surprising, Telfer embraces his characters lack of clothing on social media, often joking about Xander's inability to find his shirts.  He's also done some nude modeling in the past, (first image) and had a butt scene in the television show Mile High. (HERE:) His character also had a frontal, but I'm confident that was body double or prosthetic.  For this Playgirl layout, as hot as all of the actors look, the kudos go to Mr. Telfer.

Kudos to Plaque Psoriasis Promotion!

'Dad!'

I know I'm not the only who noticed the hot dad in the red speedos in the new Sotyktu.  I know, as when I was starting to search for the piece, there were many posts on social media from others thirsting over the commercial cutie.

I think the ad is so popular as it's REALLY rare these guys to actually see an actor on television or in movies donning the nylon and spandex.  It used to be common to see actor in TV shows, soap operas and movies in speedos, but today, even with murders, rapes and decapitations aired constantly, a man in a speedo calls for the smelling salts for many conservative viewers.  Kudos to the company, and the actor, for bucking that trend.  I searched, but couldn't find the actors name, if anyone knows, let me know!

Update:  Thanks to Billydee from DC who pointed me towards a tread on Twitter which identified the  actor as Juan Carlos Liendo

Kudos to Astin & Teller

I had a sort of reunion with actors Miles Teller and Skylar Astin on Sunday night. It wasn't planned, but it turned out all right.  I didn't watch the season premiere of Saturday Night Live on Saturday night, instead, I DVR'd and watched early Sunday night.  I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it.

Actor Miles Teller looked really hot, and was really good in most of the sketches he appeared in.  A highlight was his spot-on Eli Manning in the shows cold open.  Teller looked so much like Manning that I wasn't sure for a second it was him.  She show lost a little steam mid-way through, but given how sub-par it's been of late, the season premiere was  promising.

After my SNL viewing, I finally watched the concert reunion of Spring Awakening.  I saw some of it earlier this year when it was first released, and enjoyed the cast performance on this year's Tony Awards.  I had it on my DVR and decided I should really watch it before I deleted it.

I'm really glad I did, as I really enjoyed it and remembered why I loved so much of the score.  I was always so focused in the past on Jonathan Groff that I sometimes ignored the rest of the cast.  I really gained an appreciation for the ensemble with this airing, especially the incredibly talented Skylar Astin.  I might just have to check out his new fall show...

21 And Over

When I turned off my television, I remembered that Teller and Astin had co-starred together in the 2013 comedy, 21 And Over.  The movie was rather forgettable, but the extended hazing scene, with both actors wearing only gym socks covering their junk, was certainly memorable, and worth checking a second look at.
