12 Days: Stephen Hagan in Love of the Irish ☘️

Fiona and her mother embark on an Irish adventure, where Fiona unexpectedly finds love with a charming single dad who helps her embrace her own fortunes.

Normally, I skip those 'European treks' that occur in many Hallmark holiday films.  The reason, most are filmed in Canada or the US, with American locations subbing for European and a lot of bad green screen.  I do like however, when they actually travel, and love especially virtually visiting countries like Scotland and Ireland, and other countries on my list to visit.

A few weeks ago, I checked out the 2025 Hallmark flick, Love of the Irish.  I watched it for a few different reasons.  First, with St. Paddy's Day coming, I wanted to feature a movie set in Ireland.  I also watched because of actor Stephen Hagan, a Belfast born actor I first saw about ten years ago in another Hallmark holiday film called A Royal Christmas.

Hagan was raised in the village of Greenisland in County Antrim, Belfast, Ireland. He developed a  passion for acting after a chance acting stint at the local Lyric Theatre in Belfast. After deciding that acting was in his future, Hagan made his way to London to further study and pursue acting.

You

In addition to his roles in Hallmark films, American viewers might also know Hagan from his memorable role in season 4 of You. If you watched the show, you remember that season was set, and also filmed in London.  Hagan appeared in just two episodes as literature professor Malcolm, but was featured in one the show's few scenes with full frontal nudity.

That impressive member sadly isn't Hagan's, but a prosthetic penis.  Hagan did however, show some behind the scenes shots on his Instagram page, showing a wee bit more of himself than he actually showed on You.

Although Hagan hasn't appeared nude on screen, during his time in London, he frequently appeared on stage, including a couple of plays which featured full nudity.

Hagan didn't appear nude when he was in Cyrano de Bergerac with Joseph Fiennes at the Chichester Festival Theatre, East Sussex, Britain.  He did appear full naked though, in the play A Study For A Portrait. In the play, Hagan played a young model who seduces a famous older painter.  According to poster on Dreamcap who was in the audience, In the Seduction scene, Hagan stripped down to display an impressive penis of his own.  I'm not sure how it compares to the prosthetic used in You, but who knows, maybe they took a mold of that as well....

Giant

Although I sadly could  not find any images from Hagan's appearance in A Study for a Portrait, I did find some shots from the play The Giant, which I found and posted back in 2014.  Hagan appeared in the play during his final year of study in London. The Anthony Sher play, The Giant was performed at the Hampstead Theatre. Once again Hagan found himself modeling nude on stage on for an artist.  The play explores the dark interplay between sexuality and creativity, focusing on the rivalry between Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci over the commission to sculpt the statue of David in 1501 Florence.

Stroke of Luck: Sebastian by Man Space Photography🍀

'Holiday shots are just fun and playful! '

I first featured the imagery of Man Space Photography, and his work with model Sebastian, this past Valentines. (HERE:)  Although that was the first time both appeared on FH, I'm guessing it's not the first time many of you have seen their creative collaborations together.  I'm not sure I'm not the only one whose stumbled upon the Southern California's work with Sebastian on social media and Tumblr sites.

It was actually last St. Patrick's Day that I first spotted a holiday shot of Sebastian on Twitter.  I was immediately drawn to the fun and playful aspects of the holiday shots.  I was also drawn to how skillfully he captured Sebastian's personality.   Sebastian has an incredibly hot body for sure, but it was his handsome face and flirty blue eyes that really jumped off the screen.

When Man Space was growing up in the eighties, he was inspired by the images, artists and men of Colt Magazine.  Although he generally shoots nature themes, he also enjoys shooting models, something he began when drawing life models in drawing classes.  Creative chemistry is key for Man Space, and his favorite moments are when he and the model he's working with are synch.  As you can clearly see, that chemistry was certainly present during his work with Sebastian.

'Sebastian is one of my favorite models to work with. He's handsome, polite, flexible with photo ideas, and dependable regarding communication and commitment to a shoot. He's a real sweetheart!'

If you've checked out Man Space's website, you know there are dozens of shots of Sebastian, in various looks and themes.  Check out more their work together, as well as my interview with Sebastian, on the NEXT PAGE HERE:
