Seasonal Sightings:

Just Because: Elias Kacavas

Whenever I compile a list of memorable nude scenes, as I usually do for each year, I always think of scenes that stand out above the rest.  Scenes that ill go on an 'all time' list if I ever find the time to finish it.   One of the show I'm guessing will be on that list, are the scenes from the season two episode of Euphoria, Ruminations: Big and Little Bullys.

Although the episode was from the show's last filmed season, it aired almost two years ago in 2022.  The next season isn't due to air until 2026, leaving a massive 4 years between seasons.  I know the cast has gotten popular, and therefore busy, but the time gap is ridiculous for a television drama, especially one where the main characters are all in high school.  I'm guessing there weren't well crafted contracts for the main the cast after the pilot was picked up.

I'm guessing many of you remember the episode, which featured scenes of a young Cal, (Elias Kacavas) and his best friend from high school Dereck, (Henry Eikenberry).  The relationship between the two teens was a complicated one, but beautifully acted and filmed.  It also hit an emotional nerve for me, as it had parallels to my own experiences in high school.  I re-watched the scenes recently, which had me looking for more of Elias and his work.  Check out more from his time on Euphoria, plus the other TV show he had a nude scene in , on the NEXT PAGE HERE:

Zyklus Acht:

'More girls, more jet set, more glamour'

The catchphrase above, is from an early season of  Ã–sterreich's Top Model.  When the Österreich (German for Austria) version of Top Model began in 2009, like many other versions of the show, the focus was only on female models.  The catchphrase didn't fit when male models entered the competition in Cycle 6.

This paved the way for model Peter Mairhofer to come in second place during Cycle 8. (Zyklus Acht) I first featured Peter on FH during my 'snow day' earlier this month, (HERE:) but had been planning on a post long before.  It began as a favorites piece, but after seeing images from Peter's time on Top Model, I wanted to find some video from his time on the show.

I didn't have to look far, thanks to xyzpdq from Scenes from Male Skin, who had this video from Peter's appearance on the reality show.   This is from his winning season back in 2017, when Peter was about 18 or 19 years old. Of course I love the cfnm elements to the shoot.  For a time, Peter is the only one naked, posing with a clothed female model, and surrounded by a photographer, director and a room full of production assistants.

If you want to see more current shots of Peter, you can out the FaVorite's piece that initially led to this one.  Check it out on the NEXT PAGE HERE:

In All The Right Places... Francisco by Cooks Photography

'When it came to creating poses, Francisco was a natural!'

If I were to count, my most frequently used phrases on the site, I'm sure 'lines and curves' would be near the top.  One of the reasons I use it so much, is because it's one of my favorite parts of visuals of the male form.  Being a favorite, I tend to look for, and feature more shoots in which the artists puts a focus on the lines and curves of the male physique.

There's an old saying, 'curves in all the right places.'  I'm not sure it's so much something many people said, not in my experiences, but it is a phrase I've often seen writer's use.  From novels, to television shows like Mad Men, writers have frequently used the phrase when introducing a female character.  The phrase, whether used to describe a female or male, definitely has both sensual, and sexual connotations.

When it comes to images for the nude male, I really don't care too much about specific body parts.  What I'm drawn to, is how they're captured by the photographers.  As much I love a nice penis, if it's all the photographer is interested in shooting, I tend to find the images a little boring.  I've said many times before, it's easy to spot a photographer whose main preoccupation is with the penis.  The model, their personality, their other unique features, are all treated more like background, only useful to spotlight the phallus in front.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good frontal, it's just that I tend to gravitate towards images where the male form, the entire male form, is equally covered and uncovered.  Hal Cooks from Cooks Photography usually includes full frontals in his shoots, if you check out my previous pieces featuring his work on the site, (HERE) you'll see plenty of penis.    Hal also however, captures incredibly beautiful images featuring the sensual lines and curves of the male form, and this series with Francisco, is one of my favorites.

When it came to shooting Francisco, Hal's goal was simple, he wanted to capture the lines and curves of his muscular physique.   Hal first spotted Francisco dancing at a local dance club, and after seeing those curves moving on the dance floor, Hal knew he's be a natural in front of the camera.  Francisco was initially a little hesitant, he'd never modeled before, and was a little nervous about being completely nude for his first shoot.

Francisco was intrigued though, although he was nervous, he was also excited about giving it a try.  Although he did pose completely nude, he did as Hal to ensure shots of his penis were not published on-line, at least not until he was comfortable with it.  This challenge obviously didn't stop Hal from creating a series of incredibly hot images.

Hal really enjoyed working with Francisco, and says he took so naturally to posing, it was like he was modeling all his life.   Maybe it was all that dancing, or practicing in the mirror while at the gym, but he used his body to create such elegant poses that Hal knew exactly how to highlight and capture.  Hal shares that ones they started shooting, Francisco's nerves disappeared, and he got into groove, calmly enjoying the process as the shoot went on.
