The Sit-Com Stripper
What a way to jump into a new career...
When actress Rue McClanahan was co-starring on Mama's Family, she got very sick and was hospitalized. In an effort to cheer her up, Vicki Lawrence, (Mama) sent Rue a stripper. It turns out it was the kid's very first gig. Rue wrote about the hospital visit from the stripper in her memoir, and the image above, from an estate sale, is the only visual of the event.
When I read about Rue's stripping visitor, it reminded me of a piece I'd done last year. (HERE:) It focused on an episode of The Facts of Life, and the Chippendale strippers the show hired to play dancers on the show. After doing that story, I began looking for other sit-com episodes featuring male strippers or with characters visiting male strip clubs.

Celebrity Skin: Celebrity Jeopardy Edition
Who is Brian Jordan Alvarez
I was watching Celebrity Jeopardy last week and paused when Ken introduced actor, comedian and contestant Brian Jordan Alvarez. I knew I'd seen Brian's cure face before, but couldn't immedeately remember where from. A quick visit to IMDb answered the question.
I've actually seen the talented actor in quite a few things, most notably in M3GAN and as Jack's boyfriend Estefan Gloria on the revival of Will & Grace. Brian did really well on the show, holding the lead for most of the game. He came up short on the Final Jeopardy question, losing to comedian Roy Wood Jr.

I also know Alvarez created and stars in English Teacher, a show I've been wanting to start. I of course had to check and see if he's done any on-screen nudity, and was surprised there was so much! Below are a couple of my favorite moments of skin from Alvarez.
