'There's always room for seconds!'
Whenever any group gets together, personalities come out. It doesn't matter what the function, a party, a work function or a big holiday dinner. A good host knows how to handle the late one, the loud one, the shy one and the jokester. A great host can maneuver their way through their party, utilizing each guests induvial personality quirks to their advantage. They know to sit the loud one next to the shy one, focus the jokester as needed, and ensure there's stuffing set aside for when the late one finally shows up.
It's especially crucial to be a thoughtful, and crafty host, when the group you're bringing together, are complete strangers. That's exactly however, what Jim from Studio1x decided to do for this year's Thanksgiving extravaganza! Jim decided to make the best use of his studio time, and schedule not one, not two, not three, but five male models for a Thanksgiving feast, and day of holiday shoots.
Jim invited Alexander, Dee, Diego, Jonathan and Kince to capture shots for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. It was during this shoot, that the Pennywise images of Jonathan featured last month, (Deadlights) were shot. Alexander also also stepped into the creepy clown costume. The Halloween shots were done in the morning, but by lunchtime, it was time for the rest of the guys to arrive.
As you can see, they're all wearing their Sunday best for the holiday meal. But... given part of the motivation for the day was shooting for FH, the shirts, and the pants, didn't stay on for too long. Now I know the last thing most of want to do is strip down after stuffing ourselves with turkey and mashed potatoes, but our host Jim, had a few things up his sleeve for the afternoon. It began with few games, starting with a quick round of little strip-poker. For this meal, seconds were definitely required, and then thirds, and fourths and mouthwatering fifths!
