Favorite Import of the Day: Chay Suede

I first saw Brazilian actor and singer Chay Suede on a magazine cover a few years ago. It was a Brazilian fashion magazine and since I couldn't read the text, I assumed he was a model.  I recently saw the cover again on-line, this time with a story that I could translate.

Chay, (Roobertchay Domingues da Rocha Filho) began his career by coming in forth on the Brazilian reality singing competition Ídolos.  The show, like so many versions of Idol, was created by Simon Fuller as a spin-off from the British show Pop Idol

Chay's popularity on the show, not to mention his sizzling good looks, led to not only a record deal, but acting roles, primarily on a series of Brazilian telenovelas.  Like all soap operas, many of the telenovelas Chay appeared on capitalized on his sizzling sex appeal, meaning tons shirtless and underwear scenes.  Given it's Brazil, there also had to be a few quick flashes of Chay's beautiful backside.
