A dream holiday in a beautiful country house becomes a psychological nightmare
I love a good psychological thriller, and am looking forward to seeing Speak No Evil next month. If you haven't seen the trailer, check it out below. I also love James McAvoy, and have uncovered his work many times on the site, including a 2019 edition of Actors & Skin. (HERE:)
Movie trailers often show the films best parts, and the trailer for Speak No Evil certainly didn't disappoint with a few seconds of McAvoy's character Paddy stripping down to his skivvies for a dip. McAvoy's body was always worthy of attention, but in the clip, he's looking hotter than ever.
Insatiable: Nolan by Photography by George
'Regardless of what he did, art, modeling or otherwise, Nolan was insatiable. He was always looking to quench a never ending thirst.
If you look over my previous posts featuring Photography by George, (HERE: & HERE::) you will see a variety of models, all of different ages, looks and body types. George doesn't set limits or boundaries or who he shoots, nor the themes he captures. Those previous posts all feature a number of shots of Nolan. Not only do I love Nolan's long, lean body, and firm butt, I also love his fearlessness. For awhile, before he had to move out State, Nolan was a bit of muse for George, taking on so many themes and creative ideas that George wanted to explore.
'Nolan certainly was a free spirit and let me photograph him in fishnets, in masks and many 'story' focused ideas that I wanted to capture. He was also definitely a grower and got erect at some point in every shoot. I shot his beautiful penis in many creative ways, including a hot bun complete with condiments.'
As you can see, Nolan certainly wasn't shy about exposing his body, and loved the attention he got from posing nude. Nolan didn't however, necessarily want that attention from his family, co-workers, and especially his boss. Although he eagerly jumped into any concept George threw his way, he preferred to keep his face partially hidden.
This series of shots were 'throwaways', behind the scenes shots that George took while Nolan was preparing for the official start of the shoot. Because he looked so sexy struggling with his shirt, George asked him to slow down, and repeat the action, creating this series of shots. What normally would have been a few seconds of actual time, was turned into a longer shoot that I gravitated to. In many ways, they highlight why I so love those in-between moments, a love George obviously shares given how he focused in on the moment, and the dozens and dozens of shots he decided to capture.
Nolan was obviously shy about showing his face. How do you handle models who are shy about sharing their face and/or bodies?
I get creative! Because I shoot both professional models, and regular people looking explore shooting nude, this sometimes happens. There have been a few times a model has shown up to a nude shoot, gets cold feet, and requests to remain anonymous. There are many angles and ways to shoot the human body without a focus on the face. I also love using masks in my work, and some models really lose their inhibitions when wearing a mask.
Do models mind if you shooting 'behind the scenes' shots during breaks?
I’ve only had one or two models question me about shooting then behind the scenes.
Do most models stay nude during the breaks, or do most cover up.
As best I can remember everyone of them has stayed nude even during breaks. Nolan usually get naked the second he arrived and remained so until it was time to leave.
You love shooting nude bodies, both male and female. If you had to choose just one, could you?
Being bisexual. I don’t think I could choose just male or female as my only source of inspiration
What is the biggest difference in shooting a nude male model vs a nude female model?
In general male models are usually more relaxed and willing to go with the flow
Who is usually the biggest talker when you shoot, you or the model?
Me, I’m a blabber mouth
Have any models shared any personal or surprising stories?
Yes, several have shared experiences from other shoots, those remain in the vault.
You've shot some very intimate moments with couples, do you think having a third person in the room is part of the appeal for the couple?
I think depends on the couple. Some are so into each other they seem to forget I’m in the room. Others are obviously turned on by being photographed and observed in intimate moments
