Pooch-tacular!

When it comes to Hallmark movies, I have a few rules.  Although she's no longer on the channel, I avoid most movies involving royalty, and any Hallmark rerun featuring Candice Cameron Bure.  I don't dislike Christians, I am one, but try to avoid judgemental hypocrites.   Bure reportedly left Hallmark because it was getting too inclusive, something the polar opposite of everything I learned and believe.

I also for some reason avoid most movies set in Nashville, or with a country music theme.  I love country music, but just seem to find most of the struggling  'country singer' stories a little weak and formulaic, even for Hallmark.  That being said, I decided to DVR 2023's A Nashville Legacy when it recently aired, mostly because it starred actor Pooch Hall

I first started crushing over Pooch after seeing him on the sit-com Accentually on Purpose.   Back in the site's early days, I posted about the show often, and tried to my best to save it from cancellation.  I am also big fan of writer and producer Claudia Lonow, who read some of my posts.  Claudia even arranged a photo session with the cast, including Pooch, to wish FH readers a Merry Christmas. (HERE:)

Pooch has continued to work steadily since his time on the sit-com, most notably with regular roles on The Game and Ray Donovan.    I really like him, and the film, A Nashville Legacy, as it was your typical Hallmark romance,  The movie involved a singing group who although were responsible for many hits, were pressured out of the business, with the credit going to others.  There was a bit of a mystery, as well some history, along with the usual Hallmark romantic tropes.

Seeing Pooch again had me wanting to revisit some his sexiest shirtless scenes from The Game and Accidently on Purpose.
