Lycanthropy: The phenomenon of a human being transformed into a wolf
I' pretty sure the first werewolf lycanthropy I saw on film was in the 1990's, while watching an old VHS copy of An American Werewolf in London. I think my first on television was watching actor Seth Green as Oz on Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I think Green's transformation stood out, as they were on a network television show, and although nothing was really show, Green appeared to be nude in the scenes. My affinity for gingers certainly didn't hurt...
Although you don't see much, I find the transformation scene from the 2014 Finnish film Anselmi: The Young Werewolf incredibly erotic. In the film Anselmi (actor Aleksi Holkko), is a high school student who is awakening to his sexuality. Anselmi's mother Eeva has disappeared 15 years earlier on the night of her son's baptism. Anselmi experiences frequent nightmares and uncontrollable changes in his body. Secrets begin to be revealed when Manu and the local vicar reveal the truth about the mother's fate and his true origin.
Carnival Row
In addition to seeing Orlando Bloom's butt, the fantasy world in the Prime Video series Carnival Row, also gave us several Werewolf transformation scenes.
Being Human
A vampire, a werewolf and a ghost live together as they deal with the challenges of being supernatural creatures.
I love me some Russell Tovey, and today's theme inspired me to start watching the 2008 comedy drama Being Human. I'm only halfway through the first season, but had to check out a few websites to catch all of Tovey's nude scenes. Thanks to Restituda and ausCaps for some of the caps in this piece.
