Thanksgiving Wishes

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Not everyone, or everywhere celebrates Thanksgiving.  But... in October and November elastic waist pants are donned in the United States, Canada, Saint Lucia, Liberia.  There are several other countries, including Germany, where unofficial celebration occur.   Even more countries have their own Harvest holidays and celebrations to give thanks for the harvest and crops grown to get through the long winter ahead..

They say that Thanksgiving is also about family, and for many this is of course true.  But whether your celebrating, (and eating) with family, with loved ones and friends, or preparing a turkey pot pie for one, I hope you enjoy your day!

'
'You're becoming obsessed with this monster in the woods thing.'
Tyler Galpin

I know that Thanksgiving isn't exactly a Gothic holiday, but there is connection between the holiday and one of the most famous Gothic families.  Back in 2021, I featured actor Peter MacNicol in my holiday 12 Days  post.  It was Peter's role in Addams Family values, and the film's iconic Thanksgiving scene, (HERE:) that inspired the post.

Thanksgiving, as well as Halloween, both also share a season, and color palette.  Autumn, fallen leaves, as well as vibrant oranges, yellows and deep blood reds are connected with both days.  The early sunset also provides longer periods of darkness for evil to rise and dance among us.

Although the television show Wednesday doesn't have a Thanksgiving episode, in the third episode from the first season, Fried or Woe, Goody Addams does once again cause more than a few Pilgrim problems.  The episode marks the introduction of Joseph Crackstone, the evil, sadistic pilgrim from the 17th century.

Now ye who readeth this page, Pray, abide me a while as I make the connection.  Tyler Galpin, (Hunter Doohan) the peace maker's lboy, nd one of Jericho's most comely young lads is still in hyding, The comely lad indeed still hath his evil self l hidden from the good folk of' the town.  Goody Addams however, hath her doubts.

As many of thee well know who watch, Tyler's hidden Hyde monster is being controlled by the foul friend Goody Gates. The Goody's ultimate plan was to resurrect Joseph Crackstone using a ritual that required various body parts (collected by the Hyde/Tyler) and the blood of Wednesday Addams, a descendant of Goody Addams, who originally defeated Crackstone centuries ago.  Aye forsooth, like all good plans,  matters oft go awry from the plotted course.

Now,  setting all that aside, these reckonings be but a path to present some comely likenesses of the proper young and sexy lad Tyler, and the player who doth portray him.  Check out some of the hottest shots of Hunter Doohan, and his waist-bare figure and comely bum, on the NEXT PAGE HERE:

The Thanksgiving Turkey

Art from Garik Aliev

Turkey's get a bad wrap, despite their reputation, if in a trusting relationship with a human, they can actually be quite social and friendly. Turkey's certainly get the rotten end of the stick at Thanksgiving.  I always found it rather morbid how many Thanksgiving images and decorations include turkey's, given  their sacrificial role in the festivities.  My issue is not really about the eating of meat, it's the inhuman way in which turkey's are treated before we carve into them.

Art from Lord Iron
To rectify that situation, and to give turkey's the upper hand, I began posting artwork with the theme 'turkey's revenge'.  It began  a few years ago with just one image, but each year since, I have tried to add new piece of art.  Given how many turkey's are being fried, stuffed and roasted on the holiday , I liked the thought of celebrating the bird with visuals with them fighting back and getting a little retribution on those trying to capture, kill, pluck and stuff them.

Back in 2020, I loved having a new and original art piece (above) from Roy from badsign769. to add to the series.  As you can see from Roy's image above, the turkey's have teamed up and it looks like our hot pilgrim is about to get  his giblets cut, carved and castrated.  Roy continued his story with a new piece of artwork below.  Our perky pilgrim was obviously caught, tied and stuffed.  He's all ready, and in position for an all you can eat buffet.

2023 Additions:

After showcasing his incredible creations for my Halloween King Kong themed pieces, (HERE:) I decided to ask digital artist Achillias if he might take a crack at the theme.  Despite my late ask, Achillias came through with not one, but three images of turkey's fighting back.
When poor Billy tries to catch a bird for Thanksgiving dinner, it doesn't go well.  As you can see, the big birds turn the tables, and decide Billy's shorts need a little pluck and pull.  Billy makes a hasty retreat, fearing what part of his naked body those big beaks might venture to next.  As for Billy's family...well, they ended up having grilled cheese for dinner.
For Thanksgiving 2024 I asked one of my favorite artists, Roy from badsign769. for an 'all you can eat buffet' themed piece.  As always, Roy created the perfect illustration to celebrate the day, and give those turkey's a reward of their own!

For this year's installment, I was left with only a few days until the holiday.  Thanksfully, AI creator Spiridon41 made the time to create the Thanksgiving homo horror image below.  I know some are still struggling with AI,  I am as well.  For certain themes however, some of the best visuals are AI created.  I still remember when photographer Tom Nakielski found a real turkey to use for Thanksgiving day shoot.  it didn't end well.... for Tom, not the turkey!

TR Pics: Go Big or Gourd Home!

Gabriel

'I figured a simple pumpkin held by a hot guy would be just enough of a hot image to make the Thanksgiving Season nice and toasty!'

Over the many years of working on FH, when it comes time for Halloween and Thanksgiving, I've pulled out most of the pumpkin puns that I've gourded away over the years.  This year, myself and Tom from TR Pics decided that this Thanksgiving, we should go back to basics.   Tom wanted to something simple, something not too gaudy with an Autumn feel.

When it comes to the most popular Thanksgiving fruit, at the top of the list is the cranberry.  Coming in a close second is the plump, round pumpkin.  The pumpkin is scientifically a fruit as it grows from a flower and contains seeds.  Many consider it a vegetable because if anyone has cracked one open and taken a long lick, it's flavors are more savory than sweet.

'Working with Tom is always an incredible experience. He has this unique ability to make every shoot feel special and empowering. The pumpkin theme added a fun and quirky twist, making the shoot even more memorable.

For me, it was a celebration of the human form and a powerful expression of body positivity. Tom’s expertise and genuine warmth always make me feel confident and at ease. I absolutely love the empowering feeling of expressing myself through these creative and bold shoots.'

Forrest

In addition to carving and eating them out, the pumpkin is also utilized as Thanksgiving décor.  There's nothing like a large pumpkin to get the visual senses in the holiday spirit.   They can be placed anywhere for a festive look, or used as part of a centerpiece on the all you eat buffet table.

'Working with Tom has been great! He’s been super collaborative which has been cool to see where we both end up with the images!'

As you can see, when it comes to pumpkins, Tom wasn't satisfied with just one cut of meat, but instead three holiday hotties to moisten and basted.  You have your choice of meat, breast, thigh, drumstick or a little roast rump.  You also have your choice of boneless, or the more flavorful bone-in.

With the sumptuous spread that Tom prepared for FH, it would be impossible to pick just one slice of beef.  I think I'd need to sample a drumstick from Gabriel, a piece of Forrest's thigh and some a taste of Max's meaty tail.   Sounds like a satisfying and savory holiday feast!

Some of you might recognize Forrest from his late night fly-by this past Halloween. (HERE:)  Max and Gabriel however, are making their debut appearances on FH.  I'm hoping Tom might share more of their work together for some future posts.

Max Adonis

Tom shares that Max was always moving and trying new poses, and it was hard to get a shot when he, (and his penis) were not in motion.  Now.. maybe for next Thanksgiving Tom will use his pumpkins to make a warm pumpkin pie.  Then, Max can can keep his penis busy recreating that famous pastry poke scene from American Pie

'Tom was super easy to work with and was super encouraging when I would try a new pose! He made me feel very comfortable and confident!   I also loved the theme and the holiday It's my favorite time of year. Cuddle season!'
