Wrap & Whack 🎁

Carl

Every year during December, I compile of some of my favorite artist and models, all of whom, if you wrap them just right, will slide down your chimney and into your anxiously awaiting stocking.  Some need to be ordered, and soon, many are virtual gifts, with passwords and downloadable content available now, and up to the big day.

I don't make any money working on FH and have always avoided ads.  Any money that comes in, goes out to bring viewers original content or the site. I hate sites full of ads and enjoy the uncluttered look of FH,  I strive to welcome  viewers to enjoy the content and feel relaxed, without the pressure to buy things.  That being said, one of the goals of the site is to promote, especially the visuals of the hard working artists, actors and models that I feature.  And since you're visiting FH, you know there's nothing like the male form, especially around the holidays!

If you are looking for the perfect gift, for another, or yourself, I encourage you support the many artists who've contributed to FH over the past year and check out some of my favorite 'gifts' on this page and the NEXT PAGE HERE:  If you have a favorite photographer or artist not shown, I also encourage you to contact them directly.  Many, even without fan pages, sell prints, or downloadable images to followers of their work!

'It's better to give, and then occasionally....also receive.'

Growing up, my favorite Christmas gifts were always paper based.  I didn't want chocolates or clothes, cologne or sports equipment.  It's not that I didn't want them, but I preferred to buy them for myself. I loved getting calendars, posters, photos and especially books. Today, many people buy their books on-line, and many of those are digital.  Novels or photo books that with just a few clicks, you can read and enjoy instantly.

Over the last several years, I've had the pleasure of featuring my favorite photo collections from photographer and filmmaker Shax Carter. While most photo shoots are short stories, a snapshot of just a moment in time, Shax's books are sagas.  They featuring Shax following models over multiple months, with multiple shoots, locations, scenarios and emotions.

Because of how up, close and personal Shax gets with his visual stories, I often compare them to intimate portraits.  Stories that go beyond the surface, revealing layers only possible over time. Two of the artist's latest erotic novellas feature Shax's work with models Damian, (first two images) and Shawn, (last two shots)  Check out more of both models, and of both books, on the NEXT PAGE HERE:

Echo T Photography: Day Dreaming

'I want to create art with you as the subject. I want to make you look better than you’ve ever looked. I want to help you overcome any insecurities you might have so you can always be ready to seize the day.'

Art is all about connection. The connection created the instant you see a visual that piques your interest. So many of the visuals I feature on the site are images that immediately grabbed my attention. In a virtual world now full of visuals of the male form, it's a challenge to stand out.  The artists and models I spotlight not only created images that not only caught my eye, but sparked my curiosity, leading me to want to see and learn more.

That was certainly the case the first time I saw the work of Todd Paris, the artist behind Echo T  Photography.  I'd seen a few images from the Los Angeles based photographer on-line and felt that instant moment of connection. I then headed straight to Model Mayhem to search for his profile and check out more from his port.

I loved the way Paris so cleanly yet so elegantly captured the models in front of his lens.  The connection I felt was of course to the beautiful bodies for sure, but also to the beauty of tranquility that was also so gorgeously present.  That connection was even further intensified by the connection the models had with the camera.  In so many of Paris' images, the models were looking directly at the camera, their gaze passing through, connecting directly with the viewer.

Great images not only spark one's curiosity, they also stimulate the imagination.  The visuals, and in this case also the models, welcome the viewer to use what they're seeing to trigger their imagination to create their own unique fantasies and day dreams.

This year, Paris assembled  over 100 of his favorite images and imagination stimulators. with the release Day Dreaming, his new photo collection.  With over 160 pages to enjoy, Paris' uses a expertly compiled repertoire of skills in the creation of his visuals.  In addition to dramatic lighting, classic, elegant poses and color, he also brings together a diverse group of models to ensure your imagination is both rapidly and erotically ignited.

'Day Dreaming” opens the door to a world where naked bodies become works of art. Young men show themselves with all of their strength, beauty and vulnerability. They invite us into a dialogue about dreams and desires, becoming one with the artistic vision of photographer Todd Paris. His images are radiant compositions made of bodies, gestures, color and light: hymns to beauty.'

Madison Avenue Loft: Ricardo by New Manhattan Studios

The holidays are a time to s spend with old friends, and Wes from New Manhattan Studios is certainly an old friend, and long time contributor to FH.  I've been featuring Wes' artistry, and dozens of the studio's models since 2012.  In those first few years of spotlighting the studio's work, two  models were certainly in the forefront, sharing and baring more than any other models that Wes had worked with.

I know many of you enjoyed the many posts featuring models Bond Brown and Alex Corso.  I had the pleasure of featuring them multiple times, and some long time readers may remember Alex not only modeled for Wes, but also worked as an assistant, and then a photographer for NMS.  Even if Alex wasn't the spotlighted model, he was often seen the background, aiding, assisting and adjusting the props and minimal fashion pieces Wes incorporated within the shoot.

Some FH readers may also remember that Alex's younger brother Ricardo, also joined the family business, working with Wes and his older brother, with multiple modeling shoots of his own. I featured the studio's work with Ricard several times between 2014 and 2016, and if you look back on those older posts, (HERE:) you'll see that Ricardo looks hotter than ever.  It's clear that Ricardo takes exceptional care with his body, and has grown even stronger and confident in front of the lens.

Wes has assembled many collections featuring the studio's work with Ricardo, but one of the most recent,  Madison Avenue Loft, is definitely, one of my favorites.  Given the loft in question, was in the middle of renovations, it made perfect sense for Ricardo to take on the role of a hot, hunky construction worker. It wasn't hard for the New York based model, who in real life works as a carpenter. One certainly didn't need any special tradesmen's tool or device to find the stud in this workspace, he was right there, stripping down and ready to get to work.

'I've shot several models in the loft space over the years, and Ricardo was perfect for the moment. At the time of the session, the loft was being redesigned and rebuilt, from the home of an interior designer to that of an art collector. Amid the chaos of the renovation, Ricardo fit the scene like no other model could have. He is, in real life, and carpenter and construction worker whose company specializes in home and office renovations. He wore his own work clothes and wielded the "props" like the pro he was.'

I love photo essays, as they generally focus on the best, and the hottest shots of a particular model.  I've featured many of New Manhattan Studio's photo essays over the years, I think Madison Avenue is one of my favorites.  Ricardo looks incredible, and Wes and assistant Logan Hart, capture every tantalizing and toned inch of his magnificent physique.

Photo essays also make great gifts, and are instantly available to download and enjoy.  Wes also ensures his photo essay's are reasonably priced, with Madison Avenue Loft available at just $6.95.  Wes also created a special coupon for FH readers!  Just enter RICARDO2025 at checkout, they'll get 25% off the publication!

This is the studio's third photo essay featuring Ricardo. The first, Stormy, featured some of Ricardo's early work and there is also a collection of images available, privately commissioned by one of Ricardo's admirers from the UK. You can order and preview all three on NMS HERE:

'Ricardo is just about the most popular model on my website Having been shooting him for 12 years.  I remain astounded at how much more popular he's become as he ages. Of course, the maturing physique has a lot to do with it. He's never looked better and possibly possesses the most powerful physiques in the studio's portfolio. It's on my list to create a retrospect of his work over the past decade. I've shot a only a small number of models over such a length of time.'

Behind the Scenes:

Most of you know how much I love behind the scenes shots and Wes never fails to provide some great ones.  In these two shots, Wes captures Ricardo getting his his close-ups curtesy of NMS assistant, Logan Hart.
