Buck Naked in the Pool!
Truth or Dare...
I started watching this season's Summer House in February and quickly developed a crush on new houseguest, model Ben Waddell. ( posted about Ben's first butt baring just after it aired. (HERE:) I quickly got a little bored and stopped watching after a few episodes. The show seems to be a bit like Groundhog Day, with the same people doing the same things weekend after weekend. There's always a party, a fight, then a night out of drinking.
Some of the cast members have also been on for far too long, (for me especially Carl and Lindsay) that they just seem to be coasting for their pay checks and sponsored posts. They're they, but not really do anything or adding anything new. I started tuning back in again last week after all the new of Amanda and West being a couple.
I was never really a fan of Amanda, she always seemed to dim Kyle's energy and light. Now, Kyle is in his forty's, so it may be time to cut down on all the partying, but she's been on him about it for over a decade. It's beyond repetitive and boring, and he's obviously not going to change until he's ready. I am a huge fan of Ciara, and admit I was initially caught up in her with West. But.. fool me once. It was clear from the start of the season that West had not changed, wanting Ciara, but still not able to be who she needed and deserved. I don't see longevity in his relationship with Amanda, she likes attention, but then is quickly bored.
In returning to the show after a a couple of months off, Ben was starting to show up. He and his Australian accent are still incredibly hot, but he's also been showing other pieces of his personality It's hard to hide on a reality show, and some of Ben's not so sexy sides have shown themselves. His lashing out at Bailey was out of line, especially given his obvious attraction to Amanda. He and Amanda are the ones who first brought up their wedding skinny dip, and his harsh words to Bailey were a wee bit of me thinks he protests too much.
Still, I did enjoy Ben's buck naked dive into the pool during a game of truth or dare. It was especially nice that it was Bailey who dared him to strip down and jump into the pool. She may not have gotten the best of him during their argument, but she certainly got payback, as did we who wanted to see more of Ben's beautiful butt.
