Back in the 80's and 90's, before we all had the Internet, the lines between fashion and nudity were fairly crystal clear. Most male fashion models stuck to wearing their corduroy and tweed, and not their birthday suits. Given we weren't all on-line then, one of the few ways for a model to show the full Monty was in magazine, and if they did so, their modeling career was likely to be over.
