'Damian is a fantastic model, one that I was able to work with locally. He had a wonderful attitude, and we both enjoyed the approach that we took for this shoot. The first thing that struck me about him was his eyes. The way they gaze at the camera, gave me inspiration in creating many of the shots. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, an opportunity I would like to have again very soon.'
'I first connected with Damian on a modeling website. My favorite moments were spending the day wandering about the city and putting Damian in the foreground of many pieces of architectural history, and then playing off of that with him arriving home to relax after a long day.'

'Shawn and I have been good friends for many years. He has modeled for me several times and we had the chance to make a wonderful adult comedy film, Argyle, that had the privilege of showing at film festivals all around the world. However in all this time, we hadn’t had the opportunity to create a book of our work. '
'I thought the best way to remedy this would be to take a vacation! I wanted to tell the story in a way that would resemble a homemade family vacation film from the 1950’s. Shawn liked the idea, so we took off for a few days of enjoying San Juan! While vacationing in Puerto Rico, we decided to make a travelogue of our experience. The plan was to create a sort of 50's inspired vacation home movie, with Shawn touring the city and different locales, combining it with an intimacy of personal time.'
