Seasonal Sightings:

Jason

'Can you imagine meeting someone for a date naked?'

I normally don't like television shows that take advantage of, and copy the success of another show.  That being said, when it comes to stripping hotties out of their undies, I'll make an exception.  With the success of the reality show Dating Naked, comes the Spanish version with the slightly different name, Strip Dates

I watched a few episodes, and there seems to be a few differences from the show it's based on.  My Spanish isn't great, but there seems to be more of a 'quiz' like feel to the show instead of just viewing, and commenting on the perspective dates body parts.

I was especially taken with 25 year old Jason, who whipped off his clothes like he was home alone in his room, not in front of a host, 4 fellow naked female contestants, and a studio audience.  Jason seemed comfortable and ease standing with the host completely naked, even as the camera panned in and up for a close-up.  You can check out more images and videos from the show's first season on it's Twitter page HERE:

Nerd or Not?

'These nerds are a threat to our way of life.  Soon we'll be up to our asses in nerd shit.'
Seth Gable

Over the summer, motivated oddly by the Titan submersible disaster, I took a look back at the actors from 1984's Revenge of the Nerds.  I thought I was finished.  After featuring actors Robert Carradine, (HERE:) and actor Anthony Edwards, (HERE:) I thought the theme was done.  It led to a few spin-off posts featuring actors from ER, but as far as those adorable nerds were concerned, I thought my job was done.

Then, two things happened.  First off, I saw the image at the top of this piece of actor Ted McGinley in his spandex for Circus of the Stars.  Although McGinely's character Seth Gable was a jock, not a nerd, that tight red glittery ensemble was certainly giving off some strong nerdish vibes.   Secondly, I caught a few minutes of the actor on Dynasty.

I'd been watching the show off and on since I found it on one of my retro channels, but got bored and stopped really watching after season 4.  I was surprised how hot and attractive I thought the actor looked in his series of shirtless scenes.  I've known who the actor was for years, but when I was younger, I never really saw him as attractive.  Sure, I knew he was good looking, but maybe a little too good looking for my tastes.

I also bought into the hype that McGinley was sort of the nerd of series television.  He was known for showing up on shows mid-way through their runs, and not really adding much to the shows he was on. A pretty face, but not really a stand out.  I never really saw most of the actors work.  I never saw him on Happy Days or The Love Boat, and never really watched more than an episode or two of Married With Children and totally skipped the sit-com Hope and Faith.

For some reason though, after seeing a few minutes of him on Dynasty, I wanted to see more.  I went back and re-watched some of his scenes in Revenge of the Nerds, and he was really quite good as the hot jock out to bully and belittle the nerds.  I then decided my Nerds theme needed to be a trilogy.

As far as nude scenes go, the only nude scene officially credited to McGinley is the mooning scene below from Revenge of the Nerds.  It's a purdy butt, but given the way the scene is cut, I'm sort of wondering if it was McGinley or a body double.  I'm hoping it's him, as given the actor wasn't really a big name in 1984, not sure why they would bother hiring a body double for a brief butt flash.

Although McGinley didn't have any other nude scenes, he did have his fair of shirtless scenes, and even a brief scene in a small pair of bikini briefs.  Check out more of Ted on the NEXT PAGE HERE: & HERE:

A Sun-Baked Alaskan: Yorgen by Mike Tossy

'Yorgen has such a positive attitude. It helped that being from Alaska, he didn't t think Santa Cruz ocean water was cold.'

When I started FH, the word 'favorite' was used rather triflingly.  It was added to a Yahoo group that I started to store and keep my favorite images.  Very quickly however, I started adding folders, mostly titled to hold images of both my favorite models, and my favorite photographers.  When I transitioned the group to a blog, I began to reach out to those models and photographers about not only sharing their work, but sharing the stories behind some of my favorite images and shoots.

Mike Tossy was one of those photographers, and one of the first photographers I profiled in the site's early days in the late 2000's.  Since then I've feature Mike's work dozens of times, most of which you can see and view in Mike' Quaternate Piece. (HERE:)  Mike hasn't been shooting as much lately, and I've really missed seeing new work.

Due to Covid, not to mention the water levels on Lake Powell, there's hasn't been an annual Utah trip in a few years.  The trip, featuring Mike along with Gordon Nebeker and Mark, (StudioMGphotography) was something I always looked forward to.  Seeing the models they chose to group together, the resulting images, and hearing the stories from the models and photographers about the houseboat driven photographic excursion.

When I recently got in touch with Mike about a new piece, I asked if he'd be interested in digging into his archives.  Not only did I want to feature the work of a favorite artist, Mike has shot and worked with some of my favorite models.  I shot Mike a short list of my favorites and Mike chose Yorgen, a model I've enjoyed showcasing on FH for close to six years now.  You can check out my previous pieces featuring Yorgen on FH HERE:

It was actually Mike, along with Gordon and Mark who first introduced me to Yorgen when they hired him to join Devin Franco on the 2017 Lake Powell trip.   These shots are not from Utah, but were taken when Yorgen left Alaska to spend a weekend shooting with Mike and Mark in Santa Cruz.

Some of these images and locations may look a little familiar to some viewers as I've previously featured some of Mark's images from the weekend shoot.  Now, I get to spotlight Mike's.  The video below is actually a few moments that Mike captured of Mark shooting Yorgen in that 'not so cold'  Pacific ocean.

I love the combination of Yorgen's glorious physique, set against the rocks and cliffs, and those waves crashing into the beach.  As stunning as his face and beautiful blue eyes are, I'm equally happy Mike got so many shots of Yorgen's magnificent, not to mention beautifully bountiful, backside.

As much as I love these ocean views, there was another part of Yorgen's weekend in Santa Cruz that I wanted to spotlight. One of my, (and I think many FH viewers) favorite parts of Yorgen's weekend shoot was his stripping down to soap up and rinse off the large Ford F-250 Mike had gotten for the shoot.  Check out images from Yorgen's wash down, as well as hearing more of Mike's thoughts on his work with Yorgen, on the NEXT PAGE HERE:
