' I was finally at a stage of my life where I guess I was wanting to try new things. I’ve always fantasized about doing porn, and I finally was at a point where I felt comfortable enough to give it a try.'
I couldn't interview Reece Scott without asking a few questions about his experience working in the adult film industry. It's hard to believe Reece has only been shooting films for a little over two years. Reece has already amassed a large and loyal following, won a Grabby award, and is one of the industries most popular 'daddies'. For me, his appeal goes beyond his incredibly hot body and rugged good looks. Reece has such a welcoming and warm presence in front of the lens. Powerful and in control for sure, but his eyes and that smile also reveal a warmth that consistently shines through.
When was your first shoot, was it a nude shoot?
I’ve done camera work and magazine work 25 years ago. The first time I’ve made a movie was in 2023 and that was with Carnal media. Up until that time I only did work when I was younger.
How nervous were you before your first time modeling fully nude?
Naked or nude print work was easier than the movies. I was never really nervous being photographed, but my first movies I was nervous. After a couple of movies, the nervousness went away, and I began to really enjoy myself.
Were you a fan before, any favorites you enjoyed watching?
Up until I entered the adult industry, I didn’t really watch all that much porn. I couldn’t even tell you the names of the most famous porn stars. I did see from time to time videos with Legrand Wolf and I was always intrigued by his “ fun size boys videos”
Was there anyone, (family, friends, work) you felt you had to talk to before you started?
I did speak to a couple of friends before I made my final decision and every one of them was very supportive and encouraged me to do it.
What most surprised you about working in the industry you didn't expect?
I guess what most surprised me about studio work was the amount of time and detail that goes into making just one 35 or 40 minute scene. There’s a lot more going on behind the scenes that I ever imagined.
Now, making content for the fan platforms, like OnlyFans and JustForFans, I would say it’s a little bit easier and a little more of a relaxed situation. I mean, most of our OnlyFans collaborations are filmed with iPhones to be perfectly honest. lol
As Reece shared, he first posed nude in the 1990's. Some of the shots were featured in a 1998 'guys next door' feature in Playgirl Magazine. The three shots above are all from that early shoot The shaving shot (just above) was one of the shots featured in Playgirl. The shot below is one of the images from Tom from TR Pics which were taken just last month. Still shaving and looking as hot, and even hotter than ever!
Are you often recognized often when out? If so, by who?
As far as getting recognized out in public that does happen from time to time. The first couple of times it really caught me off guard and it was a strange feeling. But I like it it’s flattering and everyone that I’ve met has positive things to say. I’ve never been recognized by a woman, but I have been recognized by men of all ages.
Do you have a favorite scene that you have shot?
I think my favorite scene so far was the very first movie I made with Carnal media. It was a “Gaycest” video about father and his college age son. I really enjoyed working with my costar Hunter Graham. My brilliant director, Brian Fitzgibbons, was amazing. He taught me so much in just a few short days. I’ll always be grateful. I’ve learned a lot from him and I still learned a lot from him every movie.
Congrats on your Grabby win! What do think resonated with that particular scene with Hunter?
Thank you for the congratulations on the Grabby win. I think there was a chemistry between Hunter and I. I think I was lucky to have someone that I had an immediate attraction to. We had a wonderful chemistry and I think that is what the audience saw. I’m very proud of that movie. I love Hunter!! I hope to do another movie with him soon.
Have you ever lost your composure or started laughing during a scene?
Of course I’ve lost my composure and started laughing during filming. It does happen from time to time, but you try it again until you get it right.
Do you get any say in who your scene partners would be?
We really don’t get to choose who we film with for studio work of course for our fan platforms we can film with whoever we like. All the guys at Carnal are wonderful and I’d be proud to work with any of them.
What are the advantages of filming for a studio vs filming independently for your fan sites?
Some advantages of filming with the studio would be working with some of it brightest most talented people in the business. You have the studio's entire marketing team behind you. It helps with your PR. Professional photographs, wardrobe, etc., Every time a movie is released, trailers and teasers are released and very helpful to getting your name and face out there.
