Beyond the Sticky Hole

Beyond Jim's Dad, the hilarious Eugene Levy, the highlight of the American Pie films is the male nudity.  If you've watched them, you know the bulk of the male nude scenes fall to actor Jason Biggs, who knows how to make the most of a comedy, and nudity, moment.  Now I have to be honest, my research for this post did not include watching all of the films.  It did however, mostly thanks to xyzpdq, (Scenes of Male Skin) watching each of the male nude scenes from the series. 

American Pie (1999)

Of course the most famous scene occurs in the first film. 1999's American Pie is also the most successful film in the franchise, grossing over $235 million worldwide.  Not bad for a flick with a $10 million dollar budge.  I now you all remember the scene.  It's when Jim, (Biggs) discovers the comfort and heat of the sticky hole in the middle of a warm apple pie.   Although the scene is hilarious, and became iconic, some of my favorite nude scenes occurred later in the film series.

When I featured Porky's earlier in the week, I discussed my favorite themes within male nude scenes.  I find elements of embarrassment and CMNM / CFNM especially hot, especially in a comedy.  The restaurant scene in 2003's American Wedding, is a great example. I'll have to research whether Biggs ever discussed the scene in an interview, but I'd love to know his thoughts on having his butt out with not only Levy, but a crew and room full of extras.

American Reunion (2012)

It was in 2012's American Reunion that finally gave us a Jim full frontal.  The scene is a little contrived, but Biggs make it work.  When the scene came out, there was the usual back and forth on whether it was actually Bigg's penis we were seeing.  I didn't include the actual scene, you can easily find that on-line, but I did include a behind the scenes video included when the film was released.  Certainly appears to be Biggs to moi.
