ONE by David Arnot
It was close to two years ago while researching a feature on Model Joshua Delos that I first discovered the work of photographer David Arnot. Since then, some of my favorite shots of some of my favorite models (Craig Malozzi, Mason O'Sullivan, John Huetter, Kyle Pinsonneault & Terrel Fraser to name a few) have come from the click of David Arnot's camera. One of my favorite shoots to have featured on FH was David's work with Michael Macneal (check it out HERE:). David's work exemplifies the very definition of the word clear. The focus is the model, making them look their best with what I can only describe as hot restraint. Arnot's uses his camera to skillfully hit that exhilarating anticipatory one split second just before.

This split second is beautifully documented in Arnot's first book One. I cannot think of any other model or any other shot that best sums this up that Nick Ayler who graces the cover of One. You can check out more and preview One at David's new site HERE: One is due to be released next month but you can pre-order on Amazon HERE:
