I think my mask of sanity is about to slip.
Hero to some, murderous psycho to most. Unlike the other monsters featured today, Patrick Bateman is truly terrifying. All of the others stand out, the lurk in the woods, behind houses and in the shadows. They don't want to be seen, until they're ready to kill. Bateman can pass, he lives in the open, making him far more dangerous than most of those other masked murderers.
I've featured the character many times on the site, and in many incarnations. The movie version of course, but also many of the Patrick's who appeared on stage in the Broadway production. Trace Lehnhoff
One of my favorite recent incarnations was from reality star and interior designer Trace Lehnhoff. Trace posted a series of shots from last year when he stripped off his raincoat, splattered on the blood, and picked up a chainsaw for Halloween.
