Last night on Larry King Jay Leno was called 'damaged goods'. As horrible as that phrase is I think it may be accurate. He certainly was on 'damage control' yesterday on Oprah. I say kudos to her audience that even with her pushing hard to have them see her friend Leno's side of the story, most by the end still saw him as greedy and selfish. Leno for his part did nothing to help himself with subtle digs at everyone, especially Conan. Leno certainly struggles with taking responsibility for his part in anything.
Consider this Jay... When you took over the tonight show, Johnny Carson went away. He retired. Imagine if Carson simply moved a couple of hours earlier, think you would still be around...
