Glee: Asian, Other Asian

Above: The New Hollywood Reporter features some 'favorite' cast members from Glee.

For your Emmy consideration:
Submitted by FOX

Comedy Series: Glee
Comedy Actor: Matthew Morrison
Comedy Actress: Lea Michele
Comedy Supporting Actor: Max Adler, Chris Colfer, Cory Monteith, Mike O'Malley, Chord Overstreet, Mark Salling
Comedy Supporting Actress: Dianna Agron, Jane Lynch, Jayma Mays, Heather Morris, Amber Riley, Naya Rivera
Comedy Guest Actor: Darren Criss
Comedy Guest Actress: Carol Burnett, Kristin Chenoweth, Ashley Fink, Dot Marie Jones, Gwyneth Paltrow, Charice Pempengco

Notice anything strange about the above list... Might be small to some, but to me the fact that every single main cast member and guest star (even the horrid acting of Charice) got something Glee and Fox deemed EMMY worthy this past season except for Harry Shum Jr. & Jenna Ushkovitz.

Do I think there is racism involved, no, not at all. But... the fact that Asian, and other Asian are the only two cast members not on the list is more shocking than surprising. Not surprising because neither character was given much to do all season long. It is shocking though that with such a huge cast the teachers pets (Kurt, Blaine, Santana, Brittany and even Lauren) get great scenes and story lines week after week while Tina and Mike get left with little or nothing to do. (Mike didn't even get a line last night that I could see). With such a large cast it is excusable that some get left out now and then but... If it continues into next season..it will be more than just an oversight....

Harry Shum Jr. is an awesome dancer but a stunningly bad actor
