I'm surprised it's taken me this long to feature actor Chris McNally. I've been enjoying, and crushing over the Canadian born actor for awhile. If you're a Hallmark movie fan, you've seen Chris in a number of their holiday and romance themed movies. It was a recent re-airing of the 2022 Hallmark film A Tail of Love that had me knowing it was time.
I am a sucker for guys with flippy bangs, and McNally has great bangs! They also happen to hover over a great face and body. Although born and raised in Toronto suburb, McNally's family moved to Vancouver shortly after he was born. After high school, McNally began training with the Railtown actor studio and was soon, role had him spending his time between Vancouver and Los Angeles.
McNally soon began getting small roles on Canadian based shows until getting his big break in the award winning 2013 gay themed film John Apple Jack. McNally then appeared in many guest roles in shows including: Supernatural, Windfall, Falling Skies and Riverdale. He also appeared as a regular in the Netflix series Firefly Lane and AppleTV's Rise of the Pink Ladies.
Married to actress Julie Gonzalo, (Dallas, Eli Stone) McNally has been playing Lucas Bouchard on the series When Calls the Heart the last six years. I really have to sample that show. For some reason I haven't been drawn to the show, or ever watched an episode. So many actors however, that I've enjoyed and featured on the site have had roles on the series. Might be time to check it out.
