12 Days: Brent Bentley in Haunt Season

'I'm taking it back, I'm reclaiming the penis, it's exposure therapy.'
Jace

I'm guessing many of you have seen caps of actor Brent Bentley from the 2024 horror flick Haunt Season.  You may  have also seen the movie on a streaming service and wondered why you didn't see the nude scenes.  According to writer and director, Jake Jarvi, when the low budget slasher film received American funding, they wanted the nude scenes to be edited out.  Most of you saw the edited version.  Thankfully, clips of a European release contain the scenes as they were originally filmed.

I really liked the film, and the set-up of a masked manic targeting cast members of a Halloween haunt attraction.  Great setting for a horror flick, and location for lots of costumes.  When their staged injuries turn real and the terror beings to escalate, the lines between performance and reality begin to get blurred and bloody.

Although I found a clip of the uncensored version, I enjoyed the edited version I streamed.  My only issue was not really with the removal of Bentley's full frontal.  I mean, it did seem a little trick, not treat like, to have a character talking so much about his penis, without actually seeing it, but I didn't need to see the Full Monty to enjoy the flick.

My issue, was given Jace was an exhibitionist, and introduced in the film totally naked, they could have edited out his full frontals and given us a decent shot of his beautiful curvy behind.  Seeing it from the side was hot, but usually when nudity is edited out, they still leave us booty, but in this case the edits were obvious and odd, actually distracted more from the scenes than.
