A Killer who knows it...
I hadn't heard about the 1998 crime thriller Hard until recently seeing a few clips. As many FH readers may recall, although I clearly love scenes of male skin, I'm not a huge porn watcher. I like a little story with my skin. That's why I gravitate more towards softcore and foreign films, movie with plenty of male nude scenes, but also with an attempt at a plot.
My favorite genre of film however is the thriller. I spent quite of bit of my teen years in the 1990's going to movies, There on the big screen I devoured films like Seven, Primal Fear, Misery, Single White Female and The Silene of the Lambs. Hard is a little like a homoerotic Seven. I know many of those films don't hold up well, especially those using LBGTQ characters as the serial killer, but in Hard, at least so is the hot cop on the hunt for him.
