We all know the key to a great THANKSGIVING dinner isn't the roasted turkey, it's the turkey roaster. The one who buys, cleans and then stuffs, spices and cooks the entrées star and headliner. Without a perfectly moist and succulent bird, the rest, is like only eating giblets and gizzards. Sure, they're tasty in gravy, but on their own, they really don't satisfy or fill you up.
