'One shot makes you hot'
I have been slowly making my way through Ryan Murphy's The Beauty. It's been a bit of a rough, and slow process. It's got an interesting premiss, (aka The Substance) and a talented cast of actors whose work I enjoy. Although there a great elements in each episode, (and some really unnecessarily nauseating ones) I just didn't find each episode stimulating enough to motivate me to watch the next.
I am approaching the finish line though, and just finished Beautiful Brothers, episode 8 of the shows 11 episode first season. There is an early scene featuring two incredibly chiseled faces, both of whom one had to instantly assume belonged to models. They did. No matter how dark the lightening of the scene, nor how much goo and blood they put on them, there was no denying the beauty of model and actors Jaden McAulay and Nick Olsen.
If you've been watching the show however, you know that the price for beauty is pretty steep. Sure, you're hot for awhile, but then everything blows up, literally. For hotties Barry and Ashely (McAulay and Olsen) things don't blow up, but spoiler alert, like most of the other hotties on the show, there's not exactly a happy ending...
