I hate all forms of violence and cruelty, yet I still enjoy a good Horror film.  I tend to close my eyes during the really horrific and bloody scenes, but enjoy the feel of suspense.  I've also grown to love hotties in peril, horror himbos not as smart as their female counterparts to make it to the end of the film. I did a post on the theme last year, (HERE:) and thought it needed a bit of a follow-up.

If you've watched much horror you know that the hunky himbos are usually not that bright.  Usually, they're looking for sex, and right after, are usually rewarded by getting an axe shoved somewhere in their bodies.  From Kevin Bacon and Peter Barton in the early Friday the 13th installments, to the many hotties in more recent, and gay themed horror flicks.  Back when I was watching Horror films on VHS in the 1990's, I could not have imagined there would one day be an entire sub genre of horror for LBGTQ fans and audiences.

When I first saw the image above on-line, I went on the hunt for a copy of the movie.  Turns out, it wasn't a VHS release, but from a new novel by author Bryan Michael Ellis. 

In Blood + Black Leather.  tTe final week of June is a fever dream of neon and desire, but as Pride nears its climax, a brutal predator, known as Leather Daddy, emerges, turning the community into a nightmare. Everett Cawthorne, a young dancer haunted by his past, soon discovers he’s the primary target of a killer wearing a mask of his own creation —the Devil. As the body count rises, the line between pleasure and pain is severed. Everett is locked in a pulse-pounding struggle to evade Leather Daddy’s sadistic obsession and must confront his deepest fears to survive.

As bad, and as frustrating as the Brotherhood series can be, they do have plenty of penises in peril.  Sadly, we never really get to see the actual penis.  We do however, get a lot of cute young actors in their undies.  The scene below, from 2010's The Brotherhood VI Initiation, has a great penis in peril scene.  

The scene is really quite bad and more laughable than scary.  It's hard to imagine how the cast got through filming without laughing at the absurdity of the scenario.   As in most horror films, the killer is almost strolling along at a slow pace while the victim is running for their life.  In this case however, the victim is a college student, scampering away wearing only his briefs.
