I've been watching Days for literally Decades now and sometimes when they're tried to completely recast a popular couple they've failed pretty badly! In this case I love Beemer in the role of Shawn Brady more than Jason Cook that originated it! I saw that Cook returned briefly in the role a couple of years ago and he was kind of bland! I also more appreciate Martha Madsen's Belle better than Kirsten Storms because right after Storms left this plum role she came across as ungrateful to Days when going to General Hospital.
