Alain Patrick in Blue Money


'Yearning to make real films in early 1970s Hollywood, California, 25-year-old French-Canadian Jim DeSalle gets caught up in the adult film industry, trying to support himself and his wife Lisa, with their Baby. They seem to have the perfect life, but it all falls apart.'


Last week, I profiled actor Alain Patrick and his turn in the brilliantly titled, Thar She Blows. (HERE:) When researching Alain, I discovered that he acted, produced and directed a film titled Blue Money about the porn industry in the 70's. I wrote that if there were any noteworthy scenes with Alain, I would be sure to do a follow-up.


I didn't let the dust settle before ordering the flick off Amazon. There is something about Alain I find incredibly sexy. I was especially drawn to his incredibly hot tan lines, visible in many scenes in Blue Money. Aside from the blonde hair, Alain maintains the hot appeal he exuded as the deck hand in Blows. His character doesn't act in, but directs porn, but there is still a bit of self directed skin from Alain. A few butt and side flashes and he is shirtless in almost half of the scenes.


There are some quick male frontals, from the male male extras's he is directing in the adult films. Although the focus is certainly on the women, Alain ensure most of the actors he is filming get a quick frontal and some butt exposure. There is also a orgy scene near the end of the film which is sort of seventies explicit. I have uploaded Alain's shower scene and the orgy scene on SendSpace HERE: & HERE:

Thar She Blows!


Some of you may have noticed that I have been 'blasting back to the past' a little bit more than usual over the last few months. There are a lot of sites that featuring clips and captures from new releases, but I like to find material that is not found elsewhere on the net. After featuring Neil Phelps in Sex, Lies and Renaissance earlier this year, I was on the hunt for lesser known older movies featuring a little male skin.


When searching for movies and actors that are lesser known, logically it means that there will be little out there to find. That usually means hunting down, and sometimes buying the movies to cap myself. Now, I had never heard of 1969's Thar She Blows! but when that title showed up during a search, I knew I had to find out more. The title itself had me laughing, and the poster had me hoping there might be more of the actor climbing up the ships mast after the 'she' that I assumed he was hoping to blow, or be blown by.


The actor in question is Alain Patrick, a man who looks as if he could be the love child of actor Helmut Berger and Edward Albert. There was very little about the actor on the net and most searches turned up material on Alain Delon and Alain Patrick. But... there was enough out there to have me intrigued. Like most soft core films from the 60's and 70's, most of the nudity comes from the women, but the director of Thar She Blows! was clearly aware of Patrick's appeal, and in his nude scenes, there is certainly an equal focus on his beautiful body and butt and there is on his female co-star.


This trailer for the 1968 film is @ six minutes long, but is uncencored and gives you a pretty good idea of the feel of the flick.



Thar She Blows! is about what you would expect, but there was enough of Alain to keep me interested, not to mention an especially brutal 'fish hooking' of one of his male co-stars. Alain went on to write and direct, and maybe known to some for his 1972 movie Blue Money about a French-Canadian who gets caught up in the adult film industry, trying to support his wife and baby. I have not had time to finish Blue Money yet, but did get a copy and there is a bit of more of Alain skin that I will share in a future post.

Archives: Blast From The Past

When I started FH, one of my goals was to only featured some of today's hottest and most talented hunks, but also feature men who impacted my, and others in the past.  So many sites are all about the men of the moment, the current and hottest bodies and moments.  As we all know however, it's hard to stay front burner for too long, at least not without burning out.


Blast From The Past began as my way of spotlighting some of the models, actors and singers who I grew u with.  It soon became so much more.   Although I had connections with many of the men that I featured, I also included actors who I discovered later in life.  There are many actors, who I either didn't like or didn't notice that I looked at differently when I got older.  


When I was a kid, I remember thinking that Tom Selleck was sort of 'gross'.  He seemed old, and I hated his moustache, and how hairy he was.  Then... when I hit my thirties, I started looking back on all those shirtless shots of Selleck with a different perspective...   There are also several classic stars from the 40's, 50's and 60's that I never heard of when I was a kid.  Thanks To TCM, I quickly began crushing over actors, many of whom are in their 80's, 90's or no longer with us at all.


This list includes most of those actors, performers, singers and models that I've blasted back to the past with.  I say most, as there are many former heart throbs who showed up in my birthdays or movie section that I have yet to include.  I hope to add them in once I have time to fully research the blog, but this list is a pretty good beginning.   Looking back at some of the posts, especially those from the site's early days, I realize many need an update.  Some were done before I had the ability to cap and create images on my own, and before learning how enlarge an image.  Hoping to update a few of my favorites soon.

Thumbs Down: Youtube


For many years, I used Youtube to upload videos for FH.  This week, thanks to the video of Alain Patrick in Blue Money (Original post HERE:), my account was suspended, permanently. Despite a challenge, they are sticking to their guns and keeping me off the site.


I don't argue there is nudity in the video, but not sure what exactly the site was bothered about, the tan lines maybe?  The video is tame, just a male butt and I have had many videos with frontals which didn't appear to have any problems.  I am not going to sweat it, they have their rules, I don't think I really crossed them, but I did walk the line.  I wanted to post however as some readers may find many videos missing within posts. I am going to slowly start to embed them right in the posts, but it may take awhile, some I saved, many I did not, so be patient if you stumble upon any that don't work.
